Unofortunately(well for you not me) I have a perfect scizor.Maybe a bulky scizor or some other pokemon.
 
I'm guessing you dont have any arceus left but If you do I can offer a wishmkr Jirachi. Mine is not cloned and is migrated from my gen 3 game. I got it from the bonus disk of Colloseum.

You can check by going into a level 100 battle. then on google type in iv calculator. I use metalkids as it is simple.

i can get a shiny charmander or if you really want i can evolve it into a charizard. Depends what you have to offer.
