This was a poem I made for a special friend. Someone I still try to hold dear to me but somehow, seems like she wants nothing to do with me. I made it as a sort of poem...as if all of her friends, including me are speaking up to her. Since we all miss her very dearly.

How could you let us die?

My tears aren't enough,
You were once the light of my life.
You can't imagine it's tough,
But you stabbed me with a knife.

You made things right,
You told me what was wrong.
You showed me the light,
But now you are gone.

How could you let us die?
How could you pretend we never were?
You once meant the world
And you weren't the only girl.

Let us back to your life,
Take out this knife.
Save us from our tears,
We hold you so dear.

We need you more than ever,
Save us from this stormy weather.
Come back into our arms,
We have never done you harm.

We shared secrets,
We shared tears.
I need you now,
I need you more than ever.

Why aren't we still sisters?
You said we would be forever.
Why did you make those lies?
Why did you break your promises?

I know it's not the best poem but I'm not exactly very good at writing them. It's also the first time I've posted here in a long time. I placed it in spoiler tags because it's length. I originally created it as a song but didn't want to confuse anyone so...

It's not that she stabbed me in the back or any of that. I hate thinking of it that way and I really don't want to like take her off my MSN list because I'd feel like such a bad person for doing so. She did so much for me that I just hat to leave her, you know? Maybe I would be better just giving up on her but I won't.
