Japanese Anime dominates when it comes to Animated series but occasionally gems are produced outside of Japan. Be it from the USA, Europe or elsewhere in the world, feel free to elaborate on what series you deem to be your favorite. For me, the following 10 are my favorite in descending order. Pokemon is not here and doesn't count because its Japanese Anime folks(besides there are plenty of other places to talk Pokemon).

So what if I'm a guy. I know a good series when I see one and this series was extremely popular and well produced. Whether you're a fan of Bubbles, Blossom or Buttercup, this show appealed to all age groups(yes including Adults). The remakes that were made not that long ago didn't do the original series justice and in many ways the fandom felt betrayed by them, hence earning spot #10 on my list.

Like with number 10, I know a good show when I see one. This show is one spot higher because its theme song is quite catchy and was a smash hit during its run from 2002 to 2007. A case can be made to push this higher and ironically enough, Disney is reviving this series in the form of a live action series(I reserve the right to refrain from commenting on the new series).

Code Lyoko is an underrated series from France. During its run on Cartoon Network from 2004 to 2007, it was arguably a top rated show during its Miguzi Block. The series suffered from a low budget and despite this, won numerous awards and acclaim from around the world. It even made an impact within Japan itself. The sole reason it was never syndicated on Cartoon Network was because a CN executive didn't like the show(that's despite it being a huge ratings draw). This series has a very catchy theme song and happens to make up part of my account name here in this Community. It was rebooted in 2012 with Code Lyoko Evolution but fans, including myself, do not speak of it for fear of having Airbender movie nightmares(yes its on that level of bad).

Gravity Falls only had two seasons and 40 Episodes to its credit but one can't deny that despite its short time on the air, it still draws huge ratings and has an everlasting and devoted fanbase. I still feel to this day that they could revive this series if they ever had the itch to do so. There is a new graphic novel in Gravity Falls: Lost Legends but it just won't feel the same if its not on TV as I see it.

An ongoing series, I felt compelled to list this Disney hit. Its theme song(both beginning and ending) are memorable and the show appeals to all age groups. Currently on break, its slated to do Season 4 later this Fall. Got a favorite character or shipping? Fandoms all over the internet regarding this show and FYI I am a Starco supporter.

Animaniacs was an extremely popular series during the 90's and there are jokes/episodes that to this day have staying power. Case in point:
The series had a spin-off in Pinky and the Brain that was also extremely popular and I still have these mice as little figurines. One is a genius, the other insane.... lmao.

Teen Titans for a lot of people is easily within their top 3 but for me, its not the case. When Teen Titans aired on Cartoon Network from 2003 to 2006, it was based on the old comics such as the Judas Contract involving the hero Terra. Tack on a catchy theme song from a Japanese duo(which was done in English and Japanese) and you got a series worthy of being at least top 5 in anyone's list(or number 4 in my case).

Very rarely do I put Adult cartoons in a top 10 list but this series is without a doubt, the funniest series I've watched in a long time. The meme's this series creates are also pure gems. Still ongoing and hopefully for a long time.

Star Wars Rebels is the latest series from the Star Wars franchise and honestly I lump Clone Wars in with Rebels here as Star Wars in general is just awesome. Its debatable as to which series was better but for this list I have Rebels due to it being the most recent series and the fact I just prefer the Galactic Civil War. That is not to say the Clone Wars was bad. Far from it actually and a lot of the Episodes in Rebels require that you watch the Clone War series for historical context and character background(such as Sabine Wren and her Mandalorian heritage(Clan Wren, House Vizsla <- that has major significance)).

Avatar Last Airbender and its sequel Legend of Korra are rightfully deserving of its #1 spot. I can not find a better show that has been made since I've been alive. Every single episode is worth watching and every single character, including the antagonists, you can come to respect or relate. I find the sequel series to be more action packed than its predecessor but regardless of which series you like more, I think you will agree with me that Avatar is the best cartoon that has been made.
