This is a remake of the Top 10 Favorite Anime thread. Just list your top 10 favorite anime, and give a brief explanation why.

    Mine:

    1. Tsukuyomi Moon Phase- This is by far my favorite anime. It has an awesome storyline, and very lovable characters. I really can't think of anything wrong with it.

    2. Pokemon- Even though it can be repetitive, I still think it's an amazing anime.

    3. Cardcaptor Sakura- I haven't finished this anime yet, but what I've seen is pretty amazing. I can see a little why people bash it for being repetitive, but I think the episodes are usually pretty different.

    4. InuYasha- Again, I haven't seen all of it. This is what really got me into anime other then Pokemon. I really enjoy the storyline, but I think that some episodes can be kinda dry.

    5. Fruits Basket- I watched all of this in about two days, once I started I couldn't stop. Though it's not as good as the manga, it's still a very cute show.

    6. Sailor Moon- At first the show seems like it's going to be the same thing for the entire show, but after the first half of the first season, it gets much better. I've been a big fan since.

    7. Mew Mew Power- Not nearly as good as the manga, but worth watching. The English anime isn't as good as the Japanese though.

    8. Naruto- I got a little tired of it by episode 90, but it was pretty good until then. The characters are easy to RP too.

    9. Fullmetal Alchemist- I haven't seen all of this either, but it was pretty good, very depressing though.

    10. D. N. Angel- An okay anime, but not nearly as good as the manga. Most people who've read the manga, don't like the anime because it's very different from the manga.

    1. Tenchi Muyo - I absolutely loved this anime to death, including all of its spin offs. The storyline was great, the animation was pretty good, and each character was well developed. The downside to this anime is that it should have been much longer than what it was, although I can say I am satisfied by the amount it is.

    2. Neon Genesis Evangelion - When I first heard about this anime, I was immediately attracted to its storyline. It starts out being a typical mecha anime, however the second half of it takes a darker and more twisted turn. There are a few plot twists here and there, nothing drastic though and I still held my interest all the way through. Each character is really well developed and memorable, and in some way you almost get attached to them. The ending may be controversial to many fans of the series, but I was really satisfied with both endings: The last two episodes and the movie that acted as a substitute for them. One thing I must say is that this anime is really depressing, I admit that I cried a few times during it and when I finished it I became really sad. Nevertheless, it's a great anime.

    3. Inuyasha - Although I have never completed watching this anime, it has remained as a favorite of mine. It has action, romance, adventure, and much more. There's no real way to describe this anime in just a few sentences.

    4. Samurai Champloo - This anime was in the end of a three way tie for second place. The animation in this is awesome, and the storyline is decent. The action in this anime is really well done, but overall it wasn't memorable enough for me.

    5. World of Narue - A really awesome anime dealing with the exploits of a young couple, Kazuto and Narue, and what happens as a result of Narue being half alien. It's the most charming anime I've ever seen. No real action in it, just comedy and romance. Everything is really well done, including the animation. This anime is very short, 12 episodes, and so the only thing is that I wish it was longer. The opening and ending themes are really really catchy as well. I just wish that the ending wasn't so abrupt and open. This is one of those animes that you can keep watching over and over and not get tired of it.

    6. R.O.D. the TV - When I first saw it, I considered it to be my favorite anime. The characters were developed through the series and one is able to see them grow psychologically, but the plot twists randomly thrown at you towards the latter of the series is really discouraging for one to rewatch it or even continue watching it. Still, it is a must see anime with an admirable storyline and memorable characters. A lot of drama.

    7. Rurouni Kenshin - I really like this anime. I never seen every episode, but I can admit that the storyline is pretty good, and the action is more than enough to keep one satisfied.

    8. Gundam Wing - Gundam Wing is a well done anime with a somewhat complicated story set in a complex science fiction world. Although the characters are developed substantially throughout the series, not much of their past is presented and I found myself repeatedly questioning who somebody was or what that organization's purpose was. Still, if one is able to grasp everything that is presented then it proves itself as a decent anime.

    9. Digimon Frontier - I absolutely loved this anime and each of its characters. The storyline is much darker than any other season of digimon, and the opening theme is catchy.

    10. Pokemon - It will always remain in my list of favorite anime. This inspired me to watch other anime and play videogames. I've only watched up to the beginning of the Hoenn saga.

Honorable Mentions - Cardcaptor Sakura, Medabots, RahXephon, Monster Rancher, Gundam 8th MS Team, Big O, & Serial Experiments Lain.

    1) Naruto: Took over Hellsing because I can't get the OVA anymore which sucks. But this is a great anime, it can repeat itself sometimes, but overall there are allways some new things happening and expecially with such great cast as this.

    2) Hellsing: It's still up there, the OVA is wicked, at the moment seen the first two episodes and I'm allready in love with it. I love Vampires and this is a perfect example of a decent Vampire anime.

    3) Death Note: A great anime with some awesome twists and turns. Can again repeat itself with the whole 'whos chasing who', but over all this is one class anime.

    4) Wolf Rain
    5) Digimon
    6) Ouran highschool host club
    7) Trinity Blood
    8) Loveless
    9) Yu-gi-oh

    Oooh. Let's see...

    1) Naruto It's my favorite anime and show by far. Interesting [somtimes] and it's got great characters... like Gaara <3
    2) Tenchi Muyo I think it was one of my first animes; not exactly Tenchi, but one of it's Pretty Sammy spin offs. Later on I saw all the Universe episodes and the origional OAV [I think] I've got DVDs and mangas and everything now.
    3) Pokemon Heh.... duh...XD
    4) Chobits It was a short series, but I thought it was cute. I think Sumomo kept me interested in it the most though... XD Desu!~
    5) This Ugly Yet Beautiful World An even shorter series with 12 episodes, the animation was great and the story was very interesting.
    6) FLCL Same people who made This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. XP But the series was 6 episodes shorter! This show is very random. It got my interest when I was going through my South Park phase. That guy was doing Kenny with his hood.
    7) Gash Bell Waaaah, I loved this show before I loved Naruto! XD Kiyo was hot. *w*
    8) Wolf's Rain I haven't seen all of this series, but I love to watch it when I can. It's pretty good.
    9) FMA Same!
    10) Tokyo Mew Mew Nyaaa, it's okay. I haven't watched in a long time though.

    1. Fullmetal Alchemist: excellent story, excellent characters, which just means: excellent Anime. This was my third Anime btw.

    2. Pokémon: My first Anime ever. Although it's getting repetitive, some episodes are really good. And it's an excellent anime to mix with others. xD

    3. Beyblade: Second Anime. Although the second series was a bit dissapointing, the third was the awesome. It was this anime that got me interested in the Japanese Culture, along with the story of the four legendary beasts of the east. Plus, I like the idea of having legendary spirits in a spinning top. xD

    4. DN Angel: Can't say much about it, but I love this anime. It's funny, exciting and the characters are lovable. Plus Dark's attitude is funny. xD

    5. Air: one of the prettiest anime I've seen so far. It has some action, a decent storyline, and the way of drawing is amazing. It's so pretty.

    6. Chrno Crusade: Funny anime that is quite different from the others. Although I had exspected more of the ending, I still like it.

Is it okay to stop here, I haven't seen more anime. xD
