I cant make certain backgrounds or waves.

I can slap blinking text on a pic.

Sorry to bother you toto but can I request? Can you take *image removed* and make it into a 130x130 ava? Also if you could give it blinking blue text,i'd greatly appreciate it. No need to rush take as long as you want,im in no hurry ^^

I dont know if this will be possible Toto, but could yo make me an animated avatar of Absol, but seeing as the only time I have seen Absol is in the movie, that could be a problem, so if not, could you make me an animated avatar with Mightyena please, if not, no worries Toto.
