*Lorelei's Lapras because I can never OHKO it (not even one time with a Modest Jolteon that was three levels higher). And then it would either Confuse Ray me or launch a STAB attack. One time I was frozen three consecutive times by its Ice Beam...
*Lucian's Bronzong, especially in D/P when it was at 63 and the choices of Fire-types was severely limited.
*Cynthia's Garchomp. It could easily outrun and Earthquake my Empoleon, which was my only Pokemon equipped with Ice Beam. Empoleon could usually survive the hit, but it was pretty deep into the red...

The original E4 was the toughest in my opinion. The level of their Pokemon was pretty insane.

[SIZE="a"]I think the hardest E4 member would have to be Bruno from Johto. That Machamp took the rip when I battled him it took 3 blizzard attacks from my Glaceon and that still only just took him out and what makes it worse is if i can remember rightly I was a higher level than him as well![/SIZE]

Lance's second battle was ridiculously difficult, even though I specialized in Ice (And Poison, by the by) types. Could just be a combination of the fact I'm the unluckiest person to grace a DS, but his Salamence's Fire Blast hit me with a critical hit, FIVE times in my first run against his second team.

Other than that, I remember suffering under the cruel brunt of Lucian as his Bronzong squished my team over and over until I finally relented and became a multi-typist.

I remember when I played Pearl. Elite Four was pretty hard but I managed to win it anyway. Revives are your best friend when you battle against Elite Four member/champion. But yeah, Sinnoh had toughest Elite Four.
