    THIS IS A TOURNAMENT THE WINNER AND RUNNER UP WILL WIN A PRIZE ETHER A TM OR POKEMON HTIS ARE THIS ARE THE POKEMON YOU CAN WIN IF YOUR A WINNER ARCEUS, HO-OH,LUGIA, CELEBI THE RUNNER UP GETS A RAIKOU ENTEI SUICUNE OR A JOHTO STARTER
     
    Has this even been approved?
    I think not because there is no organization, no rules, etc.
