HP Ice is a lot better because of all the Dragons Running around. It's nice to hit Gyara, but I can do without. Dragons are a lot more threatening. :[

Oop,.s I meant Calm +SpDef -Atk. And you have 3 others using ice moves, why the fuss with Lucario when it opens up more room for getting rid of Gyarados and Skarm.
 
Because Ice is needed that much. Typically, Blissey can't face a Garchomp 1on1. And Swampert will get 2HKOed by Outrage I believe.

It doesn't.. your Garde reaches 229 speed, while jolly Tyranitar is 243.
 
Why run 252 speed ev's on lucario with scarf? I suggest dumping some and putting in SpA. Dumping 36 EV's and running with only 216 lets you out speed base 85 speed scarf'd pokemon and any non scarfed pokemon. I mean there are a couple of other pokes to out speed but all of that doesn't seem worth it to me.
 
Sorry, it outspeed Max speed Adamant TTar. Most people don't run CBTars. If they do, it's not Jolly.

No point in extra Sp. Atk EVs. The amount needed to OHKO Chomp is 361, and I'd need to give it absoulute max Sp. Atk. Plus with that speed, I can outspeed Jolly Dnites after 1 DD.
 
Actually, from my experience, HP Electric does NOTHING for SpecsLuke/ScarfLuke. Maybe for a non-choice one it may work, but not for this Lucario.
 
Hm.

Hydro Pump over Waterfall may work. Not worried about Skarm/Weezing, but 2HKOing Forry is really nice with my lack of a spinner.
