There are many guides explaining RNG abuse, which allows players to easily get strong and/or shiny Pokemon. First step is to take a stroll through Smogon's guides. While Smogon is technical and somewhat vague, you're free to read the simpler Black/White RNG guide posted here. Try RNG abuse out and post your questions here.
