Can somebody help me out. I'm trying to RNG Reshiram for a Special Flawless spread. PPRNG tells me that i need to start at 2012/01/23 at 6:51:56. (since I use a 3ds I started at 6:51:48.) It also says my IV frame is 4 so I advance the frame by 3 with the chatter trick when i start. It doesnt work though. Can somebody tell me what i might be screwing up? (ALSO: The stats make it look as though i am hitting the first iv frame)

Ranges. I'm using RNGReporter's built-in pokedex-IV checker thing.
the first time i calibrated, it showed results, but after that, nothing.

Edit: Oh, and if the no wi-fi thing is true, this will not work,
but i run my own gts server, so i could upload them to that and check them in pokesav,
if exact IVs would work better.


and no, i'm not a hacker, i just have pokesav to hack pokemon for my friend, who
thinks a party of lv.100 shiny legends is awesome, no matter how they were obtained.

Actually ranges are easier. Did you check all your info to make sure it was right when you put it in?

If your not hitting your seed then that'll be either your time/date, keypresses or the 128 step with 3 Pokemon in your party (to get to IV frame 4). If your sure you are doing those things correctly then I'd try a different seed, one with an IV frame of 1.

Yep. I've done everything i can think of, but still nothing.
I could try MetalKid's IV calculator if you think its more accurate,
but i have no idea. In addition, awhile back when i first tried RNG'ing
on my DS lite, it didn't come up with anything after 20 or so tries,
so i gave up, now that we can RNG on 3ds i came back, worked first time,
but nothing after that.

Edit: I got it, didn't realize the date on my 3DS was different then that on my computer,
so was putting in the wrong one. Thanks everyone, and Miakalina, I owe you one!

To advance IV frames you walk 128 with X number of Pokemon in your party.

For example: IV frame 4 = 128 steps with 3 Pokemon in your party.
Make sure the last step brings you in front of the Pokemon.

Now i am getting the correct ivs, but i keep getting a neutral nature even though i am using a timid synchronizer? Any reasons that may happen

It's because when you turn you're advancing the PIDRNG. You'll need to walk the same steps every single time so you can find what frame your hitting on the main RNG window. and the chatter to the frame with the that is timid/syncable.

You need a friend to help you
You post first and then your friend and then you again until you have enough posts you want. Then you can just simply ask your friend to delete their posts and contact the mod to delete those deleted posts for you ;)
