4th Gen trade-evolution question

    Okay, I've looked a few places and can't find this. When you migrate from firered/leafgreen etc, if a pokemon you have is an "evolve when traded" type of pokemone (poliwhirl->politoed is what I'm wanting) does the pokemon evolve if you migrate it to pearl/diamond?
     
    No. It's not considered trading if you migrate it.
