3rd Gen Trading help , how to do it?

Can I , trade between fire red to emerald without gba game link cable or wireless adapter , if yes , how can I?



I have roms of Pokemon - Emerald and Pokemon - Fire red in same computer, I defeat the elite 4 in both games and in fire red i have also collected ruby and Sapphire plates. IN both games , i also received national dex.
I do not have gba link cable or wireless adapter , but I have internet connection.
I played both games on visual boy advance.
Can I send my Pokemon from fire red to emerald and then send them back to fire red? If yes , how?
If i can't do it without gba game link cable or wireless adapter , Is there in software for that?
Please help me.

Hmm, I'm not sure if you can trade if your ROMs are in the computer. :'/
