Lol good luck. Theres this place I think its East of Hearthome City (or Veilstone, I forgot). You keep going in and out of it, and after some tries, Cresselia should show up in the patch (its kind of near one of the Mt. Coronet entrances).

Well, its better than chasing her. Its something like this:
You walk between Route (x) and Place (x). Place (x) has a patch that Cresselia appears in, but it takes some time for it (because Cresselia goes accross the map). Remember the marking map? The symbols are used to mark the places Cresselia appears. So you walk between Route (x) and Place (x) and Cresselia moves when you do that, even if your only walking 2 steps. You do that until you see that Cresselia is in Place (x). Then you walk around in the grass and she should come. Don't forget Mean Look.

I think its the path between Jublife and Sandgem City, but thats not the one I used. I used the one thats in the city where the Palkia statue is in. I think its Hearthome. You stay going East (right).
