4th Gen Trading with yourself?

I just put a magmar in the GTS and took it out and was shocked to find that it actually evolved. I think I remember this being around in Diamond and pearl but I had know idea you could still do it in Heart gold and soul silver

Well...you can - and there's no reason why it shouldn't - runs on the same mechanics and they probably didn't know about it/too lazy to make it so you couldn't do it. =P

But tbh I don't see much discussion here, besides 'yeah you can'... =/ So going to close.
