[Error] trainer.dat file

    when i try playing the game outside of rpg maker the trainer.dat file is missing is there a way to get a new one or somehow load it in.
     
    trainer.dat is supposed to be created by the compiler.

    Can you try force compiling? You can do that by pressing and holding the CTRL key when you click the playtest button or from the load screen via Debug > Other Options... > Compile Data. This should forcibly recreate the file, assuming you still have the trainers.txt PBS file.
