Trainer Sprite

This isn't all that important, but I want a sprite of the Pokemon trainer in my fanfiction (link in sig : D) for my signature. Of course, I'm horrible at custom sprites; really anything more complex than recoloring.

So I'm looking for someone to kind of help me out, I can provide the base of the recolored/spliced character, but I could use some help with the certain features of the sprite that I can't do.

Any help would be appreciated.
