Question: Trying to put something in signature

I need help with my signature. Yes, I have tried asking for help via the PC Chat and yes, I have used the search box. The threads I found did help some but not much. It just doesn't want to work. If someone could help fix it.

What I'm trying to put in is a background picture with a couple links on top of it.

Signature rules say that the image(s) in a sig cannot add to over 500px width and/or 300px height, so I restricted it.

It kinda works. But I think I'll need some sort of script to stop it from repeating.

It shouldn't repeat if you use the code above. o.o
Although, add in "background-repeat: no-repeat;" just to be sure.
