Tunrback Cave is an area in the Sinnoh region that has a sort of puzzle to it. It will also always be foggy in this area. If you are able to find Giratina's room, you can challenge it, of course. However, in Platinum, inside Turnback Cave is a portal to the Distortion World where you can get the Griseous Orb.
What did you think of Turnback Cave? I thought it was a mildly confusing area, but it was pretty interesting how there were pillars you had to pay attention to in order to find Giratina.
