nothing at all, really. walk on water, surf on land. that's about it.

Well, more than that. You can walk through walls, which means no limit on safari game steps, and you can go to the islands where Shaymin and Darkrai are without the items, and you can go around trainers and become champion by only beating Cynthia.

SuperKyogreRuler, your thinking of the E4 glitch that only occurs in the first Japanese versions of DP. The tweaking glitch is different (as seen in the link above), and isn't helpful at all. Just kind of cool ;)

Only a very few people have been able to catch Darkrai and Shaymin through the tweaking glitch. If you have beaten the elite4, don't bother using the tweaking glitch to catch Shaymin, because it won't happen and you'll be time wasting. Hence if you haven't yet, you have a good chance of getting to Shaymin,( The game locks away Shaymin once you have beaten the elite4 and therefore you need the letter thingy to unlock the event) so the game thinks you haven't accessed that area yet because you aren't suppose to, but hey tweaking in victory road lets you get to Route 224 :P but still you need to be an expert with tweaking, it takes time to learn how to do it and once you know where the loading lines are, it's easy I suppose... ahh I was kidding it's flipping hard.

I just got shaymin through tweaking :) it is very possible to tweak. (And you can still tweak if you have beaten the E4)
