Two Questions...

Well I've played pokemon for quite a long time, but there are still some things I don't understand.

1. What's EV? How does it work?
2. Can I have a list of natures and mark them as either beneficial or hindering?

To check whether a nautre is beneficial or hindering you can identify this in game by looking at a Pokémon's stats, the one highlighted in blue is Hindering, the one in red is Beneficial -- This is only Generation four onwards IIRC.
