Oops, it's been Gible for the past two posts, I just forgot to say so. Mew nor Chatot would've won, so no harm done. Hoothoot does no harm, either.

Actually chatot may have, flying > ground. But I really can't be bothered so let's just leave it as gible.

I came up with a kingler, which doesn't beat gible (or chatot, for that matter).
