Paras. Well, I do believe that beats dewgong (grass > water).

Ok seriously, what are the rules? 'cos paras is a grass type as well as a bug type, and grass beats water and is neutral against ice, therefore it beats dewgong. If we were going by what the other guys moves could do we'd have beat vibrava ages before we did...
