If you can read acronyms, you know what kind of team this is already.

    Intro:

When first starting out in the Uber Tier, the biggest threat to all teams was a little tiny green dragon called Rayquaza. Both the SD and DD sets were terroizing, and some of its counters- i.e. Metagross- couldn't take much from Outrage. I hope that this team keeps Rayquaza in check, and kills it off without too much trouble.

    Dialga @ Lum Berry
    Modest Nature
    252 HP / 176 SpA / 80 SpD
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Thunder/Flame Thrower

This Dialga makes a great switch in against a lot of threats. Stealth Rock really helps out late-game, and keeps Lugia, Ho-oh(especially), and DD Quaza at bay.

    Deoxys-A @ Choice Scarf
    Adamant Nature
    252 Att / 252 speed / 4 HP
    ~Zen Headbutt
    ~Ice PUnch
    ~Thunderpunch
    ~Extreme Speed

Attack Deoxys is a main monster in Uber. Ice Punch is for the dragons, namely Chompy and Ray-Ray. T-punch combined with SR support will end up with nasty results against the likes of Lugia and Ho-Oh.

    Mewtwo @ Life Orb/Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    42 HP/ 216 Spe/ 252 Spa
    Calm Mind
    Ice Beam
    Shadow Ball/Aura Sphere
    Taunt/ SUbstitute

CM Mewtwo serves as both a wall after some CM action and a nice sweeper. Not sure whether to go with A-Sphere or S-ball. The item dpeends on whetehr i run Taunt(LO) or Sub(Lefties).

    Giratina-O @ Platinum Orb
    Naive/Hasty Nature
    252 Spe/ 144 Spa/ 110 Atk

    Draco Meteor
    Shadow Claw/ Shadow Ball
    Stone Edge
    Earth Power/ Earthquake

A mixed Giratina is actually not too bad, especially Origin Forme. The attack bootst Origin Forme gets over its old forme helps it out a lot in this spectrum. This set is probably the first of its kind, so some help would be appreciated out here.

    Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
    Jolly Nature
    252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 6 HP

    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire Blast
    Stone Edge/Toxic

Did you really think that I wouldn't make an Uber team without putting on my namesake? Scarfchomp is a total monster, and can bring some damage to the Uber metagame. However,

    you're walled by Bronzong lol

Vance has a point. However, the next pokemon is not walled by Zong.

    Rayquaza @ Choice Specs
    Timid Nature
    252 Spa/ 252 Spe/ 6 HP

    Draco Meteor
    Overheat
    Thunderbolt
    Brick Break/Focus Blast

The main special sweeper on this team. Not sure whether to go with Focus blast for the power or Brick Break so that Blissey doesn't go U FAIL BADLY NO I CAN WALL YOU LOL.

Dude your really locking your team down.

I can see a Lugia or Ho-Oh walling you, or the famous Deoxy's-A being a big nuisance to your team.

Rayquaza, is generally only a late gamer, you dont' need about 4 counters to his specific ass, as every Uber tier team doesn't run one.

Revenge Mamo would work just fine, I'd opt it really.

ScarfMewtwo and SpecsMewtwo, are really fail imo, I prefer the Calm Mind Set, as hard as it is to get a CM up, it's VERY useful and helpful. However, it's usually best to use it Mew Pass leads.

That Mamoswine is a one-trick pony really, and it's essentially useless when Ray isn't on the opponent's team. even if it is, Mamoswine is set up on by EVERYTHING (especially with a CB attached), so it's going to hurt you more than it's going to help you regardless. Speaking of set-up fodders, you also have Scarfchomp, scarf Mewtwo, and resttalk Dialga. Anything and everything is going to laugh that stuff off and crush your team. Serious revamp needed imo

K, I understand. One thing that was mentioned by Stricken is the possibilty of swapping out ScarfTwo for CM2. what are good replacements for everyone else?

I'd drop ScarfChomp Really completely, he's a crappy revenger for one thing.

If you are worried about Rayquaza so much, there really ISN'T a counter for him. Most things he shoots, are obliterated after a sing DD.

If you want to try a decent Revenger, I have something that I use thats pretty great, it's just not very common.

    Deoxys-A @ Choice Scarf
    Mild
    252 Speed / 252 Sp. Att / 4 att
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Thunder
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~Super Power

This set really isn't great, but it offers much better coverage than ScarfChomp. If you don't like to be locked down you can opt for deoxys-E

    Deoxys-E @ Life Orb
    Naive
    252 Speed / 252 Sp. Att / 4 Att
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Thunder Bolt
    ~Super Power
    ~Shadow Ball

Deoxys-E is really really fragile in Uber, but it provides great revenge.
Max Speed with a speed nature+ is necessary for Ubers as a lot of them are base 110s+. Base 110's are outspeed even after a +1 speed boost or the popular Scarf. However, don't expect this to KO much, as it'll do smallish damage tot he monstrous defenses most Ubers have.

RestTalk Dialga isn't all that Great. If I had to choose a set I'd go with

    Dialga @ Lum Berry
    Modest
    252 HP / 176 SpA / 80 SpD
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Draco Meteor
    ~Thunder/Flame Thrower

^ set I like because SR does one hell of a lot to said Ho-oHs, and you really shut down incoming DDOutrage Quaza's really screwing up their late game.

Please note that my thoughts are opinionated.

I was considering deoxys, but with the amount of special walls in the game and such, i found that it wasn't a good idea, especially with it being very frail (minus the defense form). One thing I would really like to keep is that beastly Ice Shard. It doesn't have to be on Mamo, but it will OHKO Ray-Ray, ending my fears about it. I also like that Dialga set, however I'm gonna go with Dragon Pulse over the DM since both of them are 3HKOs most of the time (rarely 2HKO with DM). I'll also find a CM Mewtwo set and post it, see how ppl like it. However, I don't want Mew2 in there as a lead if its a CM set. Thoughts on a new lead?

I prefer Physical Set any way

Remember Deoxys-A has beastly sp. att AND att.

    Deoxys-A @ Choice Scarf
    252 Att / 252 speed / 4 HP
    Adament
    ~Zen Headbutt
    ~Ice PUnch
    ~Thunderpunch
    ~Extreme Speed / Super Power

Now this set doesn't look like much. But oh my is it heavenly. Ice Punch and Tpunch are great coverage, Zen Headbutt, is your BEST physical STAB move you're gonna. Super Power is spectacular, but doesn't offer a lot in Ubers, Espeed is for opposing scarfers, such as timidscarfmew2. and OHKO's opposing Deoxys other than the obvious deoxy's-D, who really doesn't do much to this guy any way.

Too bad this thing won't survive against Rayquaza unless I predict correctly. Oh well. I'll give him a spot over Mamo. Still want that Ice Shard somehwere though.

ScarfDeoxys is not meant as a counter, I said you could replace it over scarfchomp, as scarfchomp does literally nothing for this team.

Deoxy's-A was made to revenge to be quite honest, hoping that it will sweep in ubers is pointless. Reguardless of the set, after a DD Rayquaza's Outrage will PROBABLY KO something on your team, you can almost guarentee that. Deoxys-A with scarf outdoes him. Hell even Deoxys-E does that, with no boost.

    False.

Anyway, your team is really hammered by a Sub/Nasty Plot/Dark Pulse/Dark Void Darkrai. Hell, it could even ditch Dark Void and go straight for Focus Blast, to hammer Dialga. You'll need to sacrifice something to break the Sub and switch it out, which, I guess, is the only real way to beat that monster (unless of course you use CroDialga, and your opponent lacks Focus Blast)

Just a note, psychic moves are horrible in ubers, everything resists them and should be avoided even though they get STAB.

I actually found (myself) it to be quite useful, especially late game. Ima drop Scarf-Deo, was acting as more of dead weight. In its place...

One thing that can stop Rai is something to abosrb those Dark Voids/ Dark Pulses (a fighting status abosrber perhaps?) that has enough power to break the sub. I was considering either Guts RestTalk Machamp or a scout Breloom to absorb those attacks. Machamp is probably the better option, it can take those Focus Blasts better than Breloom. THoughts?

Both of them are horrible, horrible choices to use in an uber team.

kk. hmm... something that absorbs status and resists dark pulse and focus blast. Maybe Spiritomb? That's probably also a piece of crap in Ubers. I'll have to think about that one during piano.
