Uber-Stall Team.

I'm looking for ideas, this team is just going to be able to annoy the hell out of my friend I'd be using it against. I was thinking a hail-stall team, but I have not really an idea of what I should do.

I'm looking for pokemon ideas and movesets for a solid stall team, his team looks something like this...

Tell your friend to consider replacing Dialga. Dialga is considered Uber and banned in standard competitive play. It'll also make it more fair on your part.

As far as a team for you, there's an article on Smogon on how to build Hail Teams, and other teams as well.

We're not really supposed to build teams for you, just correct your movesets and whatnot on existing teams.

Okay, I guess I should have read the rules first, I might just use my hail-stall team that I made for online play and rape him with it xD

This is no where near a stall team at all since you know you have offensive Pokemon and nothing can take hits at all.
