Febass looks sickly. It's a dried up fish even when it's in water.

It forturantly evolves into Milotic, which looks beautiful.

Weezing, but that only makes me like it more. Muk should have been there instead of Grimer, though. Grimer can look genuinely adorable at times (https://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/1/1f/Spr_2c_088.gif), whereas Muk looks like its really in pain and just wants to die (https://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/f/fa/Spr_1g_089.png). I also don't get why Koffing's there, that thing is downright nauseatingly cute!
