Okay, To keep me busy, I will start an Ice type UMC.
So ... Sign me up!

Edit: I have started my adventure with Red.
Traded over a Jynx at lv 4, called it Rougela.

Oh yeah you really should do a standard userbar for Ice and some other types...
I think i will do the Regi series.
Rock, Ice, Steel, and Normal.
That sounds like a great idea.

Day 1:

Trainer: Jack K
Pokemon: Charmander

With Charmander as the obvious choice, I promptly chose him. Green was more than over eager to test out his new Squirtle on my Charmander. Oak tried to help, but I flattened him. I obviously love my Charmander more than he loves his Squirtle. Anyways, I pushed on towards Viridian City, stopping only to obtain a free potion from the mart guy, Awesome!

Some old man woulden't let me pass, and the Gym was closed, so I made my way to the mart, in hopes of buying pokeballs. It turned out, the man behind the counter had known I was from Pallet, and asked me to deliver a package for him to Oak. As this was not FF4, I figured it was not a B.Ring and decided to go along with it. This led me back to Pallet. I delivered the package (it turned out to be a ball) and earned a Pokedex from Oak.

Once I had gotten back to Viridian, I was once agian stopped by the old man. This time, to demonstrate how completly luckey he was by catching a Weedle, at full health, with a Pokeball, on his first try. To continue to waist my time, he proceded to give me the Teachy TV.

Route 2 was nice and short, and beyond was Viridian Forest. Where I flattened every Bug catcher in site! Pewter city was dead ahead, wher i look forward ot the challenge of Brock and his rocks!

I am restarting my Ice Challenge, because i realized you can easily get a Jynx by in game trade. <_>... So HERE GOES.
But the Jynx there is called LOLA.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.
I will use the power of IMAGINATION and call her Rougela anyways...

Umm... I can't get the good rod until fuchsia. so...
I traded over a Poliwhirl!
Wait ... That doesn't make sense...

Okay, after a slightly unusual opening, I acquired a Jynx!

So I'm gonna give this a try with Bugs. Gonna do LeafGreen, Gold, Sapphire, and Pearl. Gold and Sapphire are gonna be on Roms.

Progress in LG:
-Named trainer Kog
-Chose Bulbasaur for an HM Slave, that means my rival has Charmander :'(
-Beat Rival
-Caught a Caterpie and Weedle, put Bulbasaur in PC for now
-Trained until Caterpie and Weedle evolved to Metapod and Kakuna
-Went through Viridian Forest, the two evolved into Butterfree and Beedrill
-Trained a little for Brock
-Got stomped so bought items, and trained by fighting Brock

Geodude was easy but Onix was a pain with Rock Tomb. Switched out Beedrill on Onix, and used Poison Sting hoping to poison Onix, it did. Beedrill was 2-shotted, switched to Butterfree. Used Confusion and luckily confused Onix. After two more Confusions, hitting himself, and the poison; Onix was taken out.

Edit:
-Got the Running Shoes and beat the trainers leading up to Mt. Moon
-Entered Mt. Moon, found the Bullet Seed TM
-Caught a Paras and trained it
-Chose the Helix Fossil
-Taught Bullet Seed to Paras
-Left Mt. Moon and entered Cerulean City
-Fought Rival and lost to his Pidgeotto
-Trained team and finally beat Rival
-Helped Bill and got SS Anne Ticket
-Beat the other trainers in Misty's gym with Butterfree
-Beat Misty with Paras
-Beat Rocket Grunt and received Dig

I'm done with Hoenn in Sapphire!!
Here's the E4 overview:
Sidney: Brick Break destroyed him.

Phoebe: Shadow Ball = defeat for Phoebe.

Glacia: See Sidney.

Drake: Even though he was the toughest, most of his team got 2HKO'ed by Shadow Ball. I had to use three revives in this battle

Steven: Not really tough. Skarmory was destroyed by Shock Wave, Metagross got 2HKO'ed by Shadow Ball, Claydol was anhillated by Shadow Ball, Armaldo was dealt by Shadow Ball, Cradily was 2HKO'ed by Brick Break and same with Aggron.

That makes me the first Ghost ultimate monotype challenger to go to Sinnoh 8D. I'll start on Pearl (for Mismagius) in some time.

Beating Brock with Pikachu is no easy task!

At anyrate, Day two:

I didn't feel safe with just Metal Claw. I ended up grinding him to Lv16. And As a bonus, he evolved!
Brocks Rocks crumbled under the weight of my Metal Claw attack. I only suffered one Rock Toumb, but that was teh worst of it. With a shiney new Boulderbadge, I was ready to head to Mt. Moon.

Just before getting to Mt. Moon, I was stopped by a guy claiming to be Oak's aide. he gave me the Running Shoes, so I guess he's legit. Mt. Moon it's self was pretty much a joyride. I got a Helix fossil (that i'll never use) and made a b-line to Cerulean.

This is where things get... fun
I need to get to Route 8 for Growlithe. This meant Cut, which ment the S.S. Anne. I was off to Bill's house! Once there, I had found Bill was in a bit of a pickle, and was in need of my assistance. After helping him, he gave me the S.S ticket I so desired. This opened up the path to behind the vandlised house. Charmeleon DUG the TM that the Rocket gave me.

After arriving through the underground tunnel to Vermeleion City, I dashed straight ot the S.S. Anne. Many a trainer was faught (includeing Green) before finally getting to the Cut master/ Captin. Along the way, I found Brick Break, and taught it to my Charmeleon. Since the Captin was seasick (what?), he gave me HM01, and sent me on my merry way.

To actually use cut, I had to fight Misty, so there was a bit of backtracking.

Fighting Misty did not end well. The Staryu was easily defeated with a swift Brick Break to the... Face? This did not go so well with Starmie.I tried to Brick Break Her Starmie, but it resisted it. *facepalm* Water Pulse procedded to confuse me. :C Digging just ended up hurting me. One last Water Pulse, and Charmeleon was toast. Round two started the same: Staryu was OHKO'd by Brick Break. This time, I used Dig instead of Brick Break, and scored a crit! Misty Super potion'd, I dug, then dug agin. The Cascaide badge was mine!

The next step was to Cut my way to Rock tunnel, then proceed to stumble my way around it. I followed the walls, and eventually found my way out. In the progress Charmeleon dinged 36, and I earned my self a Charizard! Lavander Town was as depressing as uasual. But none of that mattered, Growlithe was near by, and I desperatly needed one. I found many a Growlithe, but with roar, it wasen't easy. I had to trow a Pokeball at it, becaue Charizard was Lv 39. I lucked out though and ccaught my self a Growlithe. I found the Nickname Guy and had my Charizard named Valor, and Growlithe named haste.

rew_s11, you can't hack for Houndoom, you'll have to trade it in since hacking isn't allowed ;)

I guess I cant trade pokemon from ds games in no$gba,I didn't find a way to trade from platinum to HG.

Also I don't think that trade or hack would make much diference after falkner as it would obey me, but without gaining extra exp
I would have skiped more trainers if it was a trade pokemon,to keep her level lower than the max.

If Alakazam17 wishes,I can do the part from beginning until falkner again

but please if I have to restart everything,tell me as fast as possible

after a failed attempt with ground due to my crystal dying on me (RIP), i went on to beat ruby with just ground types, but now i'm back to retry this challenge , but this time with water. i'll be using blue, silver, ruby and platinum.

Update 1: Pallet to Cerulean
-started with squirtle
-beat rival
-got parcel, took it back and got my pokedex
-went through the forest, but went back to varidian to beat rival near indigo
-beat brock by spamming bubble
-squirtle evolved on the way to mt.monn
-easily made way through mt. moon
-grabbed a dome fossil (important for later)
-healed in cerulean and went to nugget bridge
-beat rival, nugget bridge and all the trainers on the way to bill's
-got ss ticket
-beat the rocket who gives the dig tm
-beat misty
-taught wartortle 4 tm's
thats all for tonight, i'm more or less doing a solo run until i can catch a staryu... which is when? the route below fuschia? crap...
