I think there's something wrong with your browser, because the red is supposed to be transparent. I can see it fine, and I don't know about other people, but you should get IE7 or something...Google 'transparent PNG' and find a solution for it..?


EDIT: here's on that's not transparent. It doesn't look as good, but, here it is:
