Recently I installed Darwine, a Windows emulator made for the OSX. I tried to run a windows program on my computer, and I received the message in this thread's title.

Anyone care to help? I'll provide system information when needed.

Nah, it just says make sure you've downloaded X11

I remember I've gotten this problem before, when I tried to get GIMP to work :/

hmm did you move the X11.app out of the utilities subfolder in the Applications folder? If you did that may be why it cannot find it.

I'd say, try deleting and reinstalling it from either a download of it or from your restore disc. (make sure you have the app file on the disc or downloaded before deleting the old one.

If your OS X wasn't installed with the 'full' install, then it wouldn't have X11 on it. To install X11, select the full install on your OS X disk. I've never done this, but I've heard it works. xD

Isn't X11 to do with graphical display? Like on linuxxx.

I got it to work, apparently I forgot to install it back after I had to get it fixed :S

    Thanks everyone who helped
