Even though this is asking for a value of something, I'll leave this out of the How Much is My Card Worth? thread since uncut sheets are a bit different from cards.
Recently the Fossil Holo Cardsheets have been going for $50 or so on eBay, but upon further research there are quite a few people out there willing to pay $200 to $300 per sheet if it's in mint/near-mint condition.
Your best bet for shipping it is to use a postal shipping tube.
