    First and foremost I would like to extend a huge heaping pile of SORRIES to all the members caught in the constant onslaught of downtime – uptime – downtime this afternoon. I know we probably ruined some user posts and stopped you from viewing that next thread so I just wanted to say soooorrrrryyyy. But in the end it's all for the good!

    The down time earlier this afternoon came about because We were in the process of making our server better! We're no geniuses (which is why the server kept crashing :-p) but in the end everything turned out PERFECT! Our server is just fine, in fact, better than Ever! So get posting PC, we're in it to win!
     
    ^ So that's what was wrong! It must have gone down every other time i refreshed the home page >.<
    Anyways, i'm happy its fixed now, and cheers for a new and improved PC server!
     
    I though something was wrong with the forum!

    I'm glad it's over now, though. Now I can get back to posting XD

    Well i have to say that the server never crashed on me but im glad everything is back to normal.

    I missed the downtime luckly, and I am happy to hear that PokeCommunity's server is better then ever.
     
    At least its better now! ^_^ I remember going 'WTH' when all the threads were blank and the searches led to the index page xD
     
    Mmmm, heaping pile of sorries...Tastes like pomegranate! (I bet you thought I was going to say Chicken) Meh, my internet was down anyways, so I didn't really notice.
     
    I din't notice that PC was down anyway cheers for are new improved server.

    Yeah,I was on and I didn't know if it was PC or just my browse(been giving trouble).I am glad everything is all fixed again and server is at optimizing efficiency.
     
    I might be wrong but I don't think most people in this thread even know what this announcement is for. Everything that didn't show up happened after the announcement was posted therefore the announcement was for something else. :\
     
    You're right and not right coolmaster. When this announcement was posted the server that PC lives on had been all over the place as far as operations were concerned. I'm rather surprised but gladdened that so few people noticed the ping-pong down-time. After this announcement was posted however, we got an aftershock of what we'd were going through all afternoon. That's when showthread and search.php were made inaccessible.

    So while this announcement was created before the showthread/search fiasco, it still addressed the reason showthread and search were inaccessible in the first place.

    When it happened, I checked my Internet connections but they were fine and so I started to freak out, thinking that PC was going to be gone for a long period of time like before. o.o;

    I saw it. I was here, and lost a three-paragraph post because everything died...I thought at first that it was just me, but no, it was everyone...
