Hey i use quillfish but it should evolve it is a poor effort not making Quillfish evove cause it accually is a good pokemon just no one really gives it a chance
All the Pokémon that happen to be unique in D/P are Hypno and Mightyena. I rarely see them as a wild Pokémon, but its mainly Trainers that have the 2 Pokémon. Also, maybe a Bibarel, rarely see those pop up in the wild, except for Pastoria City, or the Great Marsh.
I've never seen Claydol that much.
Magnezone, Parasect, Muk, and even Raichu.
EXTREMELY UNCOMMON:
Qwilfish, Seaking, Ambipom, Cherrim
The king of uncommon is simply :t103:. I mean, yeah.

Claydol is incredibly popular. It's a Rapid Spinner with resistance to Stealth Rock. Magnezone is another really popular one, because it can trap steels with magnet pull and just works in general as a special attacker. Raichu's just really popular in the first place, and Ambipom is one of the most common leads in the game. It's a Baton Passer, remember?
But, yeah, Seaking, Cherrim, Parasect, Qwilfish, and Exeggutor, definitely. How about Ampharos, Magcargo, Beedrill, Primeape, and Glalie?
