Unique pokemon

Hi, I recently found my old collection of cards. And I found this. There is not much information on the Internet, so maybe you have some more information here.

Hm, the picture isn't great quality so it's sorta hard to tell if there's anything particularly special about it like an error or something... but on first look that's definitely just an ol' common reverse holo Nidoran (f) from Rising Rivals. So I hope that answers your question! :)

It's a counterfeit. Too many errors for it to be legit: wrong name, wrong Energy costs, wrong second attack (should be Offer Help)... Fonts also seem like they might be off and Energy icons too dark, but it's hard to tell from the thumbnail. Look the card over and you may notice more typos ("Pokémon" may even be missing the accented é) and compare the back of the card to your official ones and you may notice a difference there as well, such as a rougher texture or darker/blurrier graphic.
