Unknown cards with pikachu background

    Hi,

    Does anyone recognize these cards. On the front they have a holo foil. On the back are pikachu's. I don't remember how I got them.

    They're not official products, as evidenced by lack of any copyright information. I've seen that exact same hearts foil on those fake TCG stickers from vending machines in the late 90s-early 00s.
