Do you play video games that reward you for killing/obliterating/destroying things and reward you more if you kill more within a time frame or in one life? Do you try to obtain really high kill streaks? What's the highest you've ever gotten in a certain game and have you ever gotten a really high kill streak and then died straight after?

I do, and its a game i got into recently: Metal Gear Rising

You get points for killing enemies, slicing them into multiple pieces, grabbing their spines and blow them up. I dont try to obtain high killstreaks though, it may seem nice, but if you focus too much you will fail anyways :P

I mean Call of Duty of course. The more kills per life, the more killstreaks you get. In Modern Warfare 3, 25 kills was a M.O.A.B (24 with Specialist). I always used Specialist and I can't count how many times I would come sooooo close and then die right before it. However, I did end up getting over 100 nukes and it seemed that most the time when I got them, I'd die immediately after.

A lot of games are designed like this. Even Pokemon.

Yeah ^this. I like how the newer COD games award players for this, it brings on a whole different style of competitive play. Also, I used to do "Break the Targets" a lot in the Smash games, those were really fun.
