Hiya, I've come across some of my old cards from a good few years back, and seeing as I don't need them anymore, I was wanting to sell them. While packaging them up, I found some shiny, special looking cards and I'm unsure of what they're variaton is called, and what to list them as/for.

The word you're looking for is holo/holographic, but these all appear to be counterfeit. Steelix and Volcanion are printed too large in relation to the card size (borders should be a little bit thicker), Blastoise #1 has the wrong color border and shouldn't have the hand icon on it, and Blastoise #2 and Venusaur use the wrong Energy graphics (highlight should be on the left, not the right). Blastoise #2's fonts are also wrong.
