Okay, max ATK + Nature Blissey VS Max Def + Max HP Magneton:

Minimum Damage 29%
Average Damage 32%
Maximum Damage 35%

I'm pretty sure Maggie can hold his own lol.

Heh, but I wouldn't consider Magneton a true SkarmBliss counter, as who would leave Blissey in after it got Metal Sounded?

Could try a totally alternative kind of pokemon, such as Cacture, he has good enough Attack AND Special Attack to pull something off.

I'll look into some more unusual ways of killing them later.
 
Cacturne sucks balls sorry to say, it couldnt take a hit from Skarmory (assuming it has drill peck which most do) if its life depended on it, which it does.
 
The idea is to kill Skarmory and not get hit.

Most Skarmory uses are dumb****s and use SPIKES instead of attacking.
 
Usually when Skarmory sees something it is strong against it will attack to go for a free kill actually.
