Dont worry =D my teacher made this thing up with all sorts of spots, and now that the majority of the vote says yes ^^ here is the spots open and not open in a serious matter o_o I was told to make it serious but I dont understand why. I wouldint mind if anybody took a spot without proof ^^ just mail me the article you do for that part so it can be added to the rest =D.Oekaki is in there somwhere X_X kinda was organized VERY poorly . This is a spot for someone who is informed on the contests, someone who has even judged them would make this spot more profound. Yet if those who have not wish to take the place, you may need to show your ability to collect information.
Land of Sprites
A Spriter may do good for this area, However the worry of overadvertisment of request shacks come at hand, the best person to take this possision is a Past Spriter or someone who has retired such duitys. However again if you are a active Sprite Master it would do nicly to give a writen example that you can gather information.
A artists archive
This spot is very personal and will need someone who can spy for information without Bluntly saying what they are searching for. Stay active, be informed and always keep your eye on the WHOLE art area. This possision is best for a daily member and someone who will post likly pick a reasonable honor member. Choose wisly and speek among other journalists of your plans so this may be a team effert and agreement.
Gallery core
This spot doesing take much work, you could just look at hot topics and go about like you are looking for a large gallery, in fact, it's advised you do so. Handle this job with care for you will need to be present once Every 29 days. and write other Journalists of your plans so everyone may agree.
Tools of the trade
Open to many MANY tips, but this post can only be excepted by Oekaki,Shipainter,paintBBS,MSpaint,Gimp,Photoshop and a advanced artist or one who has won a badge or two. You will still need to give full proof that you can collect information. And you will need to organize the tips given my artists. You will also need to question people. And alow at least three artist tips every month, but keep in mind only question artist groups. Do not ask the same question to each artist and take what information they give you without hesitation.
Funtime bonus
Anything you can find that has to do with themes,avys,banners and the coolest ideas on the board can be placed here. So just about anyone who is active and has the best knowings of the area around PC's art gallery is equiped for this job. No care needed. Just be sure to organize yourself and keep it simple.
Eyes threw a lens
This is a spot for a true Photographer, for only a camera user will know how to pick out of thousands of photos who truly has the most insperational work. In this case you must send a photo you consider to be great.
Large and small
This spot doesint really need anyone to be drasticly spying or anything and can be taken by people who even just joined. We would just like to see someone pick the largest picture of the month, and the very smallest from a Pixel to a drawing of outstanding detail in size.
Welcome commity
My teacher has already taken this possision, he is hidden within are forum and has been watching it since I joined. 28 year old Mitch Mire will be the welcomer and he takes great pride in doing so with are school. So any new artist can feel free to get informed Welcomes from him threw this personal data on new artists around them.
Treditional art
This spot is for someone who is tallented in all artforms, this is not ment to honor or give tips on Hand drawings or anything that has mediums for drawing or spriting. You need to be a wide spread tallent to gain this possision and also must give a week to week Guide so it can be posted together as a long article on other art t00ts for the cerious people at heart. This includes things like origomi,pottery,beadery and Knitting.
Oekakial support
I am for now using this spot, but if you wish to be a Oekaki wizz, you must send in 20 of your best oekaki works and have it sent with your knowlege of oekakis including oekakiBBS/OekakiBBSanimated, PaintBBS/PaintBBS palleted/PaintBBS animated, Shipainter/ShiPainterpro, shi advanced and furture oekaki programing. The closer you are to the makers of oekaki. The more possible you will be to take on this large job. I may be trying to use this spot but I am under the guidence of Raven Ruka. Teacher and 7 time winner in many oekaki contest and he is also one of the best painters of are time.
Tooters guide
This area is for person(s) who have browsed the globe for How-to-draw guides. You can take them from a book or make one youself and use any kind of way you want. you must post 7 of them a month however, so choose wisly.

Not much needed, Find out after the end of the month how many artists and places where spotlighted in the Newsletter and add their webpage,blog,gallery and photoshop to this link area. Do not add extra bonuses to anything els but places who have already been talked about and give information about each link. You will need to prove you are a well informed member of the community.
