how do we collect pokemon ranch events like the Dialga one?

To expand on what CME said, they're Japanese only. From what I heard, they usually tie into some anime story (one of the OTs is a host of Pokemon Sunday, for example), and they're Japan only. The Hayley is just the American version of the basic Ranch Pokemon (in Japan, it's Yukari; and one of the European ones is Eulalie, and there's one or two others).

This doesn't exclude the possibility of these events happening on American or European Ranch games, but not likely, since the non-game part of the franchise has only a fraction of the popularity that it does in Japan.

It's just a guest who came to the ranch.

I'm in class right now so I can't translate but from the looks of it it does look like an event... then again it could always be a regular Dialga in the Ranch but it's doubtful.

I'll have to look into that, but Yukina Meowth has no Classic Ribbon.

While there's been no official word, it's a good assumption because Darkrai was distributed in the US shortly after it's DVD release. Shaymin will probably happen like that too.
