When I try to open a rom it says "error loading INI settings for this game" . What is that about?
 
So is this program what is suggested for altering sprites???

Or would you say the spread or someother program would be better???
 
I have a problem with this program. Because when i use it when its still a zip file it opens the rom. But when i try to color it with a pallete it say run-time error '9':Subscript out of range.When i try to open it afeter i unziped the package a message comes up and says "error loading INI settings for this game". What do i do??

how can i use the OWE?? when i load the rom it keep saying error loading INI setup for this game.
