Is there a way that I can use Advance Map or any other map editor on my Android Device?

I wish. I'm pretty sure A-Map is closed source, therefore, can't be compiled to run on Android. So, the answer would be no. Unless you could run Windows on Android and emulate it from there, but I'm pretty sure WINE for Android hasn't been released.

But the Meh(Map editor of Happines) is a .jar file.Cant it work with that?

I'm not sure if even a hex editor exists in the play store, but one should.
