4th Gen Useful Flying Pokemon

i don't really like Crobat but it's fast and can poison everything!
 
Noctowl was good for me. Despite people saying its bad, I dont really think so, and think its decent. It can be caught early, before the first gym, has psychic attacks to help out, and can learn roost at lvl 54. Quite a handy pokemon imo, and another plus is that it can learn fly. HOORAY! NO HM SLAVE NEEDED THEN!
 
I prefer Crobat, but I got bored of using it in my every game.. Maybe I'll try Skarmory next!

I've used jumpluff and it wasn't pointless. In fact, it was useful. I mean, it's really fast, and has sleep powder! It's really useful to catch, and it helped me a lot with some pokémon that are hard to take down (ah, miltank...)
 
I, myself, am a Strategic Pokemon user, for the most part. Jumpluff in my Opinion is probably the favourite on that list for me. I mean, if you can Sleep Powder, then Leech Seed it can Absolutely SWEEP. In Gold ( Meta-game Gold ) I killed Claire's whole team with just my Jumpluff using three moves: Sleep Powder.
Leech Seed.
Headbutt.
and those were the moves I used and absolutely kicked ARSE.

used noctowl on my first team. decimated morty ^^. of course, i prefer to use it as a special than a physical (got rid of fly as soon as i could)

now, i'm building a new team using skarmory. love it so far. only 2 weaknesses, fire and electric. the only bad part is training it because all mt silver seems to have are ponytas >.>

i'm thinking of also using either aerodactyl or togekiss. is that a good idea?
 
With the Pokewalker you can get Murkrow and Doduo in the beginning of the game. Both of which, are really good Flying Pokemon.

Spearow is considered a Top Tier Pokemon in the In-Game Tier List because of Normal,Dark and Flying Coverage.

Hoothoot is good for Psychic Coverage and is basicly a auto win at Morty. Screen Support is good and Hypnosis for catching.

Doduo/Drio Is My Favorite though , Murkrow And Jumpluff seem very interesting to me.
 
Pidgeot has my vote 100%. It is basically the only flying type that I mainly use. Im too impatient with Aerodactyl so I didnt bother with it. I dont evolve any of my Dragonairs' into Dragonites for selfish reasons. So yeahhh.....
 
now gyrados i cant believe not many ppl have mentioned. it is flying but cant learn many flying moves have good attack and speed why not? or the others r skarmory and crobat they r the besties. ived tried pidgeot and fearow they r no handy in hg/ss
