User Appreciation Thread + Others..

Just wondering here if a moderator or higher staff member wanted to make this thread? I have no problems making it at all, but I was just wondering if staff would rather do it so they could have control of the first post and if there should be any extra rules or something in the thread like the DCC or Dear Anon has. (I don't mind either way.) :3
 
So where is the appreciation thread going?
If it's been said, well, I've found the discussion here hard to follow...
