User Content License. For all User Content you post, upload, or otherwise make available ("Provide") to pokecommunity.com, you grant pokecommunity.com (PC, TPC, and/or the PokeCommunity™), its affiliates and related entities, including pokecommunity.com and its affiliated newspapers, Web sites, and broadcast stations, a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, archive, and store said User Content, subject to user approval. Users may "opt-out" by requesting their User Content be removed or deleted from the Community and/or its archives.

Can you explain what that mean in layman's terms?

If you display your stuff, it might get posted without credit.

Basically, it means that what you post can be shared by PC with affiliates or trusted parties at your discretion.

It may not be. That's what that rule explains.

Well I know if you post any thing on the internet there risks but some one photobucketing your art and a forum claiming your stuff to do with what they like because you use there services are way different.

I really don't like the idea of what you post can be used without credit

First I'm not "complaining" I'm just concerned because being a artist I work very hard on my art work. There is no crime in being protective about your art work. As for roms since I'm the artist being commissioned I already give Game maker rights to use my sprite any way.

I'm to paranoid from the strife with Johnny to really post my art work any more.
