Using autotiles bigger than 32x32

First of all is it possible to use autotiles bigger than 32x32 pixels each? And if yes, how can this be done? Thanks!

It depends what you want the autotile to show. The fountain autotiles that come with Essentials each contain 2 tiles' worth of animated tiles, so that's possible. If you're talking about something like the water or dirt path autotile which have borders, then no, you can't do that with one autotile.
