I decided to make a team using a bunch of basic strategies and pokemon movesets that I enjoy( and others usually hate).

Let's get started, shall we? Oh, and btw, feel free to be extremely harsh on rating.

    Breloom @Toxic Orb
    Jolly Nature
    Poison Heal
    100 Attk, 142 Defence, 252 Speed, 16 Sp. Def.

    Spore
    Substitute
    Focus Punch
    Seed Bomb

This is a basic SporeSubPuncher. I like this moveset because I can put a sub up without having to worry about losin it right afterward, I have a steady recovery with Poison Heal, and Seed Bomb provides Stab and can hit most things Focus Punch can't.

    Togekiss @Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    Serene Grace
    252 HP, 252 Sp. Def., 6 Def.

    T-Wave
    Roost
    Air Slash
    Aura Sphere

    Flinch hax Kiss.

    Donphan @Leftovers
    Careful Nature
    130 HP, 180 Def, 110, Speed, 90 Sp. Def

    Stealth Rock
    Earthquake
    Fire Fang
    Rapid Spin

Physical Wall as well as Spinner. It really doesn't counter anything, but it can provide some good coverage.

    Swampert @Leftovers
    Relaxed Nature
    240 HP, 216 Def, 52 Sp. Atk.

    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Earthquake
    Roar

    Standard Mixpert.

    Lucario @Life Orb
    Adamant Nature
    Inner Focus
    4 HP, 252 Attk, 252 Speed

    Close Combat
    Extremespeed
    Swords Dance
    Stone Edge

    Physical Sweeper.

    Snorlax @Leftovers
    Careful Nature
    Thick Fat
    28 Def/236 Sp. Def./244 HP

    Crunch
    Body Slam
    Rest
    Sleep Talk

Here's the changes I have made to my team:
Donphan's Fire Fang was replaced with SR.
Swampert's SR was replaced with Roar.
    Curselax was changed to Gardevoir.
    Gardevoir's moveset was changed.
Togekiss' moveset and EVs were changed.
Gardevoir was changed to Resttalk Lax.

Thanks to u all out there for the advice.

Made a couple of changes to my team, not sure if they were needed or not:

I got rid of Ice Shard on Donphan and replaced it with Stealth Rock.
I got rid of Stealth Rock on pert and replaced it with Roar.
I decided to use Earthquake over Rest on my Curselax.

The rest of my team is in the above post. I really need some reviews, as I need to try and find a good counter to Mixape and Luke.

The best counters to Mixape are Psychic-typed special walls/tanks. Crescelia is the obvious choice, but Lotus-class Psychics like Gardevoir or Espeon will work too. The most common Mixape I've seen is 252 Spd / 24 Atk / 234 SAtk with Mild or Rash nature, and the anti-special Gardevoir is 252 HP / 212 SDef / 44 SAtk with a Calm nature.

24 Atk Mild Infernape Close Combat vs 252 HP / 0 Def Calm Gardevoir: 27.65%-32.05%
234 SAtk Mild, +0 SAtk Infernape Flamethrower vs 252 HP / 212 SDef Calm, +0 SDef Gardevoir: 30%-34.11%
44 SAtk Calm, +0 SAtk Gardevoir Psychic vs 0 HP / 0 SDef Mild Infernape: 123.66%-140.98%

    I'd call that a counter.

Honestly I'd replace Lax. Since the emergence of defensive Leafeon sets, Snorlax doesn't win games as last Pokemon any more, especially yours without Rest. Gardevoir takes special hits too, and a lot better than many think. And since you've got Togekiss to block Ghost hits (immune to them) and Luke to block Dark ones (4x resist ftw), Garde doesn't mind the weaknesses it has vs Snorlax.

It's also a decent counter for special or mixed Luke too since it resists Luke's STAB Aura Sphere and Focus Punch and hits back pretty hard with Psychic (it's a 2HKO iirc). Physical Luke is countered by Donphan anyway.

Oh, and take that Scarf off your Luke. Swords Dance and Choice items don't work since Choice items lock you into using SD and don't let you attack.

What? Snorlax worst set would have to be Curselax. Sweepers nowadays hit very hard in the physical depart, so he has no place trying to wall them. Meanwhile, it leaves him unable to take special hits like he is supposed to. With all due respect, you make it seem as if Leafeon is the only thing able to beat Curselax, while he just isn't all that great. Curselax, not Leafeon. Leafeon's great.

Personally, I like Grumpig over Gardi. Such a great Nape counter. Just remember that if you use either one, your main "special wall" is now weak to Pursuit. From almost anything that can use it.

Changed curselax to gardevoir. I can't come up with a 4th move for Gardevoir, though. What recovery moves can Gardevoir use that doesn't require sleep?

Uh...Recover. And get rid of Confuse Ray. It does nothing. Replace it with either Will O Wisp or Calm Mind. With Calm Mind, Gardy can become quite a potent Special Sweeper. Will O Wisp lets it cripple physical sweepers

I-I'm sorry, Ttar, but I gotta sig that. The question & the reply. That's gold. No offense hardr0ck, but it was a little funny.

I'm still a little skeptical on Gardy as a sp.wall, but I'll take your word for it.

    No, it doesnt get that.

    Wish plox.

Oh no ,Gardy is not a special wall, but it can make a great Special Tank. Especially since CM and WOW work perfectly together; lower the damage received on both sides of the spectrum.

EDIT: Really? I always thought it got it.

    Wish works too

Aw, I gotta change my sig. It was a little funny, though, while it lasted.

I would go WoW over whatchamacallit, CM. Crippling purposes. Don't be so trigger happy, though, lest you burn a ScarfCross.

They are usually used on different sets (CM for the Special Sweeping, while WOW goes on the Special tank) but I like to mix them up to make a helluva painful Gardevoir.

    soo...

    Gardy@Leftovers
    Nature:Calm
    WoW
    CM
    Wish
    Psychic

Or something like that? I ain't no Gardy expert, but she should be able to burn the crap out of Blissey, then either outstall or force a switch.

I'm not a fan of the Gardevoir, and I do not think that it would work to well as a counter to Infernape in double battles. The Mixape would just target Garde's partner and let something with some phisical prowess tap Garde and send it to the gutters (Extremespeed and Pursuit are the main problems I see that comes to mind). Especially one with no Def EVs. Even with the all the cons, I can see how Garde would definitely fit the team. And I would try a moveset like this:

    Gardevoir @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 92 SDef / 28 Spd/SAtk
    Nature: Modest/Quiet
    Ability: Sync/Trace
    -Psychic
    -Wish
    -Thunderbolt/Grass Knot
    -Hypnosis/Will-o-wisp

You may not want the Speed EVs or Modest Nature since you are playing trick room. And Trace can be loads of fun in Double Battles, then again, you do not know which it will copy. And I'd go with Wish that way it supports and heals.

You may want to try out Cresselia as well. Love having her around on double teams. This is what I run for my team:

    Cresselia @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk
    Nature: Bold/Relaxed
    -Psychic/Ice Beam
    -Charge Beam/Grass Knot
    -Reflect
    -Thunder Wave/Moonlight

I do not use Moonlight because I run Sandstorms on my team, and mine uses Ice Beam, but I would recommend Psychic so you do not have to waist time to deal with your Mixape issue. I might even shift a little more of those Defense EVs over to SAtk, I'm not sure Cress's Psychic would 2HKO Infernape with those EVs. Reflect is just fun and does wonders in double battles. Also, you may want Relaxed to help with the Trick room strategy.

What? That is very logical thinking, except he NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about double battles. This isfor single battles. Double battle & Single battle strategies cannot be combined, and they are totally different.

    Gardevoir @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 212 SDef / 44 SAtk
    Nature: Calm (SDef+/Atk-)
    - Psychic
    - Thunderbolt
    - Calm Mind
    - Wish

This is my anti-special Gardevoir. I like the coverage of having Thunderbolt and Psychic, since you'll counter bulky Waters (Roar-less Suicune, Milotic, Vaporeon) and make Gyarados scared to death of coming in on you. CM + Wish is your walling ability. Once you have two CMs up, not even a SE STAB CSpecs Shadow Ball from Gengar is doing much to you (3HKO iirc). And once you kill the enemy physical sweeper, Gardevoir goes from being annoying to specialists to lethal in a second. You can't wall Gardevoir like a regular special sweeper with Bliss or Cressy because I'll just CM to +6/+6 and 2HKO you.

Usually I run Synch on Garde because it blows enemy Jolteon out of the water. They'll often T-Wave on your switch to Garde, and they get paralyzed back and are useless while you don't care about paralysis. Trace works too though, it makes Jolteon/Vaporeon heal you and that's always nice.

I just noticed this, but Espy, Gardy is in no way, shape, or form, a Lucario counter. Physical Lucario outspeeds & KO Gardy before she ever does WoW. Just because she resist his STAB doesn't mean she is a counter. She falls prey to Crunch, hell even ExtremeSpeed. she should just stick to tanking Special threats. If you catch it with a WoW, good job, but that alone doesn't make it a counter.

Specs Luke also causes mass damage with either Shadow Ball or Dark Pulse.

EDIT:Smashgood, there was another thread that said they like double battle. Migght be confusing the two.

    Right here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/146099

Even mentions Trick Room, so yeah, your confusing the two.
