Scrafty isn't that fast, so a Dragon Dance can't save an uninvested Speed Scrafty. It needs Speed investment so that it actually outspeeds things post-Dragon Dance. Jolly with 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe is preferred.

Vaporeon is played as a defensive Pokemon, so Hydro Pump serves no purpose. Having 2 moves of the same type is frowned down on, unless it's for utility purposes:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Heal Bell/Baton Pass/Roar
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 200 HP/252 Def/56 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

Self-Destruct/Explosion is such a waste on Forretress because you're supposed to keep it for Rapid Spinning purposes and re-setting hazards if needed:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes/Toxic Spikes
    -Rapid Spin
    -Gyro Ball/Volt Switch
    -Volt Switch/Spikes/Toxic Spikes
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

how about nidoking is tbolt better than flamethrower ?

is it a good overall team or do i need to replace someone to add better coverage/resistance ?

In your case, Thunderbolt is better than Flamethrower. Having both Ice Beam and T-bolt on Nidoking gives it the BoltBeam combo, which offers really nice coverage. Nidoking isn't really scared of what Flamethrower mainly covers. You have 2 Fire types anyway.

As for team composition.....I kinda think you should get rid of Forretress. It doesn't do much for the team besides drop and clear hazards, which is certainly nice, but it lacks offensive presence and has no reliable recovery. Once the hazards have been laid, it's kinda dead weight. Plus that 4x Fire weakness sucks in a tier full of Fire types.

You could put Donphan in it's place. It both can clear hazards and set them up, while still having good physical defense and has priority in Ice Shard. It does add an extra Ice and Water weakness to your team though. I suppose you could run Defog Empoleon or something. IDK.
