Well I am half way to where everyone is. I am getting there, lol. So far I watched up to Episode 5. Man...when I saw Zero bit Yuki I was like...O_O. He is a vampire, well only because he got bit by one when he was a kid. It is getting very interesting now. I really like Yuki and Zero. They are totally awesome! =D

There are different types of Vampires in Vampire Knight. Only a pureblood can bite a human and turn them into a Vampire. If any other type bites a human they do not turn into a Vampire.
 
Ah okay. I didn't know there are two different types of vampires. That makes a lot more sense. If Zero was a pureblood, Yuki would have been a vampire already. But she didn't turn into one. Now I know why. Thanks for the explanation. ^^

I like Yuki because she is so nice and very kind to others. She even helps out students from the Day and Night Class.

I like Yuki, Zero, and Kaname(I think he is so cute, lol. Zero is cute too, but I think Kaname is cuter! *runs*). And the other characters are alright. I probably won't like that woman either. Haven't watched the latests episodes. I will find out.

*sigh* I love this anime. I will be sad when it is over. D:
 
Okay I love this anime, I just watched 10 and I love Yuki even more. I kinda think Shizuka is pretty, but that's it. I wish Ichijou had more screentime though. :/

I think there are more than 2 types but you will see that as you watch the anime.

Well then it is simple, you can have Kaname and I get Zero XDDDDDD
 
Gah, I'm really sorry that I haven't posted here in a while. I was away from home for a few days... and I'll be going camping this weekend. XD; But after that, things should be back to normal.

Anyway! I've already mentioned what I like best about Yuki, so I'll skip over to my least favorite character. I guess that would be Shizuka? It was hard to feel sorry for her after what she did to Zero's family, so... bleh.

And as for the never-ending Zero vs. Kaname argument, I can't pick a favorite when it comes to looks, lol. XD; They're equal in my eyes! I think it's Zero's disposition that really makes him my favorite in the end.
 
I thought I was gonna like Kaname better at first but the more I got to know the characters, the more I liked Zero best.

So you think there are more than two types? I will see as I go along. Right now I only saw two. XD

LOL! Well I probably will like Zero in the end. But right now Kaname is number one on my list. But Zero isn't far behind. XD

Umm...I don't remember either. Well I only read a few chapters, so I can't make that assumption. I wonder if they have fire or ice powers in the manga? *thinks*

Well I am going to watch Episode 8 and 9 today. I am excited. =D
 
There are more than 2 types - not I think there are - there just are.

Only purebloods have special powers....from what I understand.
 
The noble-class vampires also have their own special powers, if I remember correctly. Such as when Aidou used his ability to control ice in order to freeze Yuki's feet to the ground... XD; And Seiren also used her powers to erase the memories of two day class students.

But that's about it. Anyone on a lower level is just stuck being a plain old vampire. Although, Zero does have his Bloody Rose gun, so he's not completely helpless. And we also know he's perfectly capable of kicking Kain's butt, too. XD That was hilarious.
