Verideth Fighting Academy
Only the story, rules, and races are really needed to be read all the way through if you do not want to read everything. But it is recommended to read it all. Thank you :3
Main Story
Background
Races
Human-A basic being with no specific powers. Only key advantage that Humans have is the technology that they posses, which is of much better quality than the other races.
Vampire/Succubus- Most Vampires and Succubi have the same powers-able to teleport, age slowly affects them, they can drain life from other beings and in some cases have to survive off that ability, and they can transform bats into various objects and items. The only real difference is that nearly every Succubi is female, or a male which is called an Incubus, and is seductive in some way. Both races have a rivalry with each other-although they did ally during the First Great War, they have gone back to being rivals- and both seem to have a goal they're trying to achieve...what that is, nobody quite knows-not even some of them.
Automaton- Mostly built by humanity, Automaton's come in various forms and sizes-some look just like part of other races while others walk around twenty feet tall with giant swords. Automaton's are programmed to do things, and will not go out of their programming-whether this means not having emotions or not killing is up to the programmer.
Angels- A race created in an attempt to give humans wings long ago, most angels have some form of wings. All Angels are ruled by a single man who calls himself Kronos, who on occasion removes the wings of Angels for misdeeds or crimes. This often happens to high-ranking soldiers who fail tasks for Kronos, as he does not like people who fail him-however, he sometimes offers them back in exchange for a challenging task.
Demons- Although the records of how they got there were destroyed long ago, Demons live on the outskirts of Kopa in cities filled with crime and destruction. Demons come in various colors, and have various different body parts which range from wings, tails, horns, claws, and spikes. Demons are very aggressive toward Angels since Angels once took over the floating city that they had built in the Second Great War.
Dragonais- Humans from ancient times sacrificed at least a thousand men to gain the powers of Dragons from the great dragon ruler Dracul. The powers granted to them gave them wings and the ability to withstand normal fire and use it for themselves via their breath. Their bodies are completely covered in scales, and their lizard-like eyes strike fear into nearly all who meet them. Most live in caves in packs that kill anything that tries to take the large quantities of gold they have amassed.
Gijinkas- A variation of the human race that has humans bonded with animals. They live all over every continent, and some have even managed to slip into society to live among humans and the other races. Each one is bonded with a certain animal, so they might posses traits of the animals they are bonded with or even body parts.
Elemetals- Usually just called Metamen, the race of Elemetals are odd beings with an unknown history that have bodies that are simply skeletons made of a certain kind of metal. Each one has a different metal, and most of them can create a different type of elemental power, varying from earth, electric, water, fire, and others.
Elves- Beings with glowing yellow eyes and skin like tree bark that live within forests. While not being technologically advanced, most have extreme proficiency with magic and olden weapons.
Cities
Major Cities
Duval- Duval is the largest city on the planet, completely made by humans in the center of Kopa.
Valhalla- Valhalla is the large city that floats on ancient technology built by Demons long ago. It is considered the home of the Angels, as they conquered it during the Second Great War.
Vespala- Vespala is the main city of the elves, where nearly every building is made from large trees that were grown from magic.
Utopia- Utopia is the ironically named major city of the Demons, which is constantly covered in crime and gang wars.
The Verideth National Fighting School- The two-story fighting school that you are currently attending. Consists of many areas, which include a gym, pool, dormitories, classrooms, and a giant arena that can interchange it's parts to form different environments.
Minor Cities
Human
Aquaria- An underwater city in a giant bubble of steel that uses water power for electricity.
Stalis- The city of metal, where most Automaton's come from. Air pollution is high due to factory smoke.
Vampire/Succubus
Tirkal-The only surviving city that both Vampires and Succubi are forced to live after their main ones were destroyed during the first great war.
Demons
Sedal- A Demon city with less crime than Utopia, but the reason why is because is it extremely small.
Raze- Once known by another name, Raze was a large city rivaling the size of Utopia that was conquered by various gangs.
Elemetals
Raz'ken – A city that only has Elemetals-any other races spotted near the city are rushed head-on by soldiers.
Automatons
New Wave City- With new technology everywhere, this Automaton city is surrounded by large walls that can't be penetrated, even by high-level acid. The only way for races other than Automaton to get in is with using a golden pass at the only, heavily-guarded entrance-what that is and where to get it is a secret only few know.
Lore ((Will be added to as the story progresses))
-Two great wars have happened; one involved the Elves and Humans in alliance against the Vampires and Succubi, while the second one involved the Demons fighting for Valhalla against the Angels. The First Great War was caused by the Vampires and Succubi, who needed more sources of energy, and-not wanting to take it from their own kind-declared war on anyone they could. The Humans and Elves decided to band together in order to prevent the Vampires and Succubi from attacking. The Second Great war was fought by the Angels and Demons, two rivaling races fighting for the floating city of Valhalla. After a year and a half of destruction, the Angels prevailed in capturing the floating haven of Valhalla, sending the Demons to their places in Raze and Utopia.
-Humanity somehow managed to make all of the rivaling races agree to a peace treaty after the Second Great War caused so much destruction, making them agree to remain peaceful and prevent another Great War from arising once again.
-Rumor has it that Kronos is having some sort of trouble with his family of three daughters, and more rumors exist still that he plans on killing them. It wouldn't be surprising, as Kronos killed his only two sons out of paranoia.
-Recently in Duval, a man claiming to be some sort of god in human form has gained a lot of following for being able to do miracles. He also claims that humanity deserves to be burned to extinction, and anyone who doesn't go with him will be destroyed.
Rules
1. Just because you are a certain race doesn't mean you can't get a certain power. Go into detail with your backstory and explain how you got your powers, whether it be training, ancient relics, mutation, etc. Be sure not to go too far, as anything OP will not be accepted, and try not to make everything entirely far fetched, such as a Human that can magically transform into a deadly Ferret robot.
2. Try to be unique with your backstory-every story is supposed to be unique, so try not to go with the "parents died" backstory, or something that is overkilled so very much. If you just have to go with that backstory, then at least make it unique, put your own twist on it.
3. Guns in this world do damage and do not kill unless specified. Guns that do kill have normal bullets while guns that just do damage have damage bullets. YOU CANNOT START WITH A GUN THAT SHOOTS NORMAL BULLETS.
4. Swords, bows, and other weapons only do damage. You can only penetrate flesh with finishing moves and near-death moves.
5. Basic PokeCommunity rules apply.
6. Romantic content can go as far as kissing, and no more.
7. Up to twenty normal moves are allowed for a moveset, three super moves, one near-death move for when you want to injure someone bad but not kill them and one finishing move. Moves that work in the air must have "In air OK" next to them, and you can have up to five of those moves. You may also have five moves that come from others moves-for example, doing one move and then having your character lead it up with another move. If you have a form change for a super move, you can have five moves exclusive to that form change.
-Moves should simply be attacks that do something specific, like firing a flaming arrow at someone or shooting a line of electricity. Normal attacks that are not moves are just punches and kicks/normally using your weapons.
8. Near-death moves obviously leave other characters at near-death and significantly injure them, while finishing moves are meant to kill a character completely. You can only use a finishing move or a near-death move when you are completely winning the fight and the other is significantly injured.
9. The amount of moves you have does not make you any stronger!!!
10. I am open to suggestions when it comes to adding races and areas. Just try and make the suggestions before the RP starts and only tell the suggestions via personal message. Suggestions will be reviewed and decisions will then be made accordingly. It is not guaranteed that your suggestion will be added.
11. Don't godmod (winning every battle, never getting hit, ect.), don't powerplay (One attack practically killing someone), don't metagame (have you character be aware of things that were thought by others, happened far away, etc.), and don't just kill other people's characters without asking if you can kill them first.
12. There will be ten spots allowed for the first season and, as following, more will be allowed to enter each season. If one person drops out, then another may take their spot accordingly, or if one player's character dies, they can make a new one.
13. Once the roleplay has started, anything not in roleplay should be in double parentheses, for example; ((Hey guys, can we add a new race?)) Any character thoughts should be in italics, and it should be stated that they are thinking.
13. Super moves cannot be used all the time, you get one to use from the start and another for every three turns you have.
14. Battles have turns-each turn, you get to make an attempt to attack, dodge, or block. Each post is considered a turn, so use your turn wisely.
15. Your character can come from a city that doesn't belong to it's race-just because it belongs to a race doesn't mean only that race occupies it.
16. If I screwed something up in the rules or somewhere else, sorry that I'm a derp.
17. If you are new to roleplaying, you most likely don't want to be here-this is for more experienced roleplayers. It is a mature role playing environment, if you cannot handle it, it is advised not to join. Before you off and give an excuse such as; "Well this is this person's first roleplay on this site, YOU'RE not experienced!" I have been roleplaying for almost five years now, we are all new at one point and maturity is not based off of how new or old someone is. As such, I have made many RP's, some of which have even made one of the highest posted-in topics.
18. Please do not randomly spawn things into the RP. You can't just say your character found an SMG with 50000 rounds or an exit to a labyrinth. It's my job to make the story, so let me do it, please.

20. You can have up to three weapons-dual wields count as one. Twin daggers, for example.
21. This RP will be separated into seasons. Each season will have a different event log section, and once a new season starts more spots will be available.
22. Riolucario11 is an admin and has every ability that I have over control of the RP, since she worked on this with me and is a very good friend of mine.
23. You can start with one character, and you may be able to get another later, depending on the circumstances.

Academy Faculty And Staff
Headmaster- The headmaster hasn't been seen in days...no one knows why, and nobody asks, for no answers are found when questions are posed to the teachers and staff.
Weapon Skills and Training Teacher- Mrs. Merida Slitcher - A Skinny, tall lady at the age of 29, with short black hair and piercing yellow eyes, often found wearing simple Tanktops and Cargo Shorts. She is a very skilled human who is very strict with weapons and the use of them. Her strict and straightforward teaching gives her the nickname Strict Slicer, a pun with her last name that irritates her greatly.
Defensive Training Teacher- Mr.Yorick Penski - A fairly robust, average sized Elf at the age of 29, he has oddly bright orange colored hair and a crooked smile, often found wearing T-Shirts and Shorts. He specializes in defensive training, and is very kind and slow with his procedures of defense.
Offensive Training Teacher- Mrs. Genevieve Shenings - An average sized Vampire at the age of 27, she has shoulder length burgundy hair and matching eyes, often found wearing a lace spaghetti-strap shirt and short shorts. She is kind and cruel at the same time, her seductive kindness clashing with the attitude of cruelty and violence she uses during teaching.
Physical Fitness Teacher- Mr. Brent Coates - A short, stout human man of 34, with a buzz cut and grey eyes that make him look like a dead fish, often found wearing a Camo bootcamp looking outfit. His teaching methods are that of a sergeant, barking out orders and expecting them to be done properly and appropriately.
Survival Trainer- Mr. Carrigan Wispland - A tall man of 28, he has shaggy brown hair and deep blue eyes, usually wearing a T-Shirt and Jeans. Being a Water Elemental, he a great respect for nature and is a very kind and calm man that would rather teach how to live than how to kill.

Personality: Usually tries to stay away from others, and he only trusts the demon soul that goes around with him. Tries not to kill during fights, although he doesn't like to show it and will act very aggressive and cocky. When encountering others, he simply walks away or doesn't say anything at all unless there is something that interests him about them-if there is something about them that does interest him, he'll do his best to find out everything he can about the person for his own benefit.
Appearance: Wears a tight black jacket and a simple gray t-shirt. Blue jeans adone his lower half, as he thinks they somehow help bring out his black hair and dark orange eyes. From all of the hunting he did when he was growing up, his body is quite fit.
Weapons: The floating orb of light blue fire that is the soul of the Demon King, Lucian.
Character Backstory: Shawn was quiet and weak as a child-or so he seemed. While his parents bickered and fought, he would run out to a field and hunt small animals with only a combat knife. All was well, and he was happy with killing animals for his amusement-but one day at age ten while chasing after a brown rabbit, he found he had wandered a bit too far out of the farmland and into the warzone under Valhalla. Watching from behind a decayed tree, he was amazed at the fight between Angels and Demons during one of the first battles of the Second Great War. It was during this fight that he saw a Demon King gathering his army after a massive bombing and managing to get them together for a rush behind enemy lines to successfully kill the enemy leader. It was this fight that he was inspired by to become stronger than he already was-strong enough to fight and take down entire armies by himself. Growing up to the age of fourteen, he ran away from his family on a late night and bumped right into the soul of the demon who had inspired him- Demon King Lucian. Lucian explained that he had died a few days after the battle because he had been poisoned by an attacker's knife- the poison had no cure that researchers could find, so he forced his soul into the flaming orb in front of Shawn at the very moment. Lucian then was forced out, as a king of a small city wasn't very useful as just a floating soul. He decided to wander back to the spot he was stabbed, and he found Shawn one day and decided he might as well start his new life with someone else as they started theirs-so he waited until this day to appear to him. Shawn took Lucian with him and headed out to a village far away, where he made a living selling fruit and occasionally stealing from the rich until he got word of the academy and decided to join.
Moveset: Move 1) Ram Charge-Runs forward with Lucian in front of him in an attempt to knock the foe down. Move 2) Charge Stomp-Ram Charge followup- Shawn flips his leg forward and slams it hard into the chest of his foe, who should be on the ground from his Ram Charge. Move 3) Fire Volley-Shawn orders Lucian to fire five fireballs into the air that come down across an area near the target. Move 4) Fire Stream- Lucian fires a stream of fire right at the opponent, which goes up and down to prevent them from moving forward. Move 5) Soul Burst -Lucian lets out an explosion of fire that knocks both Shawn and his foe backward. Move 6) Shot Flare- Lucian fires an orb of fire straightforward. Move 7) Charge Flare- Fires up to five fireballs straight forward, the amount depending on how long it was charged. Move 8) Cross Fire- Sends a vertically standing X shaped form of fire at the foe. Move 9) Cross Flare-Cross Fire Followup-Changes the move before it hits so it comes up under the opponent's feet. Move 10) Cross Switch-Followup from Cross Fire- Changes the attack before it hits so it now comes from behind the opponent. Move 11)Overflare-Super Move-Fires a volley of about thirty fireballs that home in at the foe. Move 12)Soul Bond-Super Move-Bonds the soul of Lucian with Shawn, making so all the attacks quickly come from Shawn and have a stronger effect. Move 14)Chaotic Flame-Super Move-Creates a flame that rotates around the enemy that wraps around them whenever they try to jump. Move 15)Rapid Jab-Near-Death Move-Lucian's soul moves at an amazing speed and hits the foe over and over with whips of flame until they have possible scars and severe burns. Move 16) Ashes-Finishing Move-Lucian possesses the foe and starts to heat up their body at an excruciatingly slow pace until he lights them on fire and turns their body to ashes.
Other: Has a soft spot for cats, since he had one as a child that he loved until he decided it would be better to leave it with his cousins in another city where it could be raised properly :3

Personality: Carrik is a generally quiet, antisocial guy, straying away from interaction as much as possible, even amounting to running away from people at times. He would much rather be reading or doing something on his own, containing himself personally and physically, and he doesn't speak much. He tries to stray away from fighting when it isn't to his benefit, and he wants to join the academy only for the possibility of becoming rich in the Tournament, wanting to prove to his father he is more than a nobody. He is nice if you can somehow achieve his gratitude, but even if you are acquainted with him in close terms, he still doesn't interact much out of shyness or give anything about himself away. Is a very sensitive and emotional boy, can be caught crying or daydreaming often.

Weapons: A small pocket watch that, when electricity is applied, will change the hands into small, sharp blades that can be removed and used to his advantage. He can also use the unusually long chain of the pocket watch as a sort of lasso, which can current his electricity into a damaging attack.
Character Backstory: Carrik was born and raised into a wealthy family, who made certain technologies and sold them to the other Elemetals who lived in Raz'ken. He was a neglected child, left to the tending's of his maids and servants, kept in his large bedroom and not being able to leave under his father's orders, whom thought him of nothing more than obstruction of business and a waste of time. Carrik's mother was simply an endorsement to the company, being rejected all contact with the boy since he could live independently, making his memory of her slim, and he wishes very much to see her again. His only friend and playmate was a young girl named Mira, who was a water elemetal and worked as a servant for the boy, and together they grew up, both living sheltered lives, being best of friends and showing past Carrik's shyness. When Carrik was 12, he wanted Mira to join him in escaping and going somewhere better, wanting to prove he wasn't a waste of space and that he was worth something, but she rejected, unable to go through with it. A year later, and with a heavy heart, Carrik took his self-invented pocket watch to fend for himself with, and managed to finally escape his prison.
Moveset: Move 1) Shock Guard-Carrick can create a field of live electricity around him for a short amount of time, acting as a shield. Move 2) Shock guard followup- Discharge-Carrick can use the field of electricity and create a discharge that will damage any enemies within range. Move 3) Static Stitches-Carrick uses his two pocket watch daggers to pin the enemy's feet to the ground and send courses of Electrical pulses through them. Move 4) Super move-In air ok-Carrick will send large bolts of electricity down on an enemy, doing significant damage to anything it hits. Move 5) Near Death move-Spinal Assault-Carrick will send currents of energy through an enemy's spinal cord, via his pocket watch chain attached to the back of their neck, causing severe pain and temporary paralysis (a few days) from the waist down. Move 6) Finishing move-Intellectual Meltdown-Carrik sends large amounts of electricity into the enemy's cranium, eventually leading to the brain shutting down entirely.

Personality: Scarlet is a very social girl, always wanting to be the center of attention and loves being fussed over. Her enchanting appearance usually grants her this pleasure, and she loves to tease the boys that she attracts, finding it simply hilarious to play hard to get with them. When she does attract suitors, she simply plays with them and them throws them away, unless you catch her eye in some way. She has a weakness to expensive things, and is a bit on the greedy side. She is very noisy, hard to keep quiet and isn't afraid to voice herself and her opinions openly, even if she does accidentally hurt someone's feelings. Befriending her is hard, for both genders, as she either envies other girls or toys with boys. She's very loving of small children, as she finds them to be 'uber cute', and is pretty defensive of them and anyone who looks like a child, even. The way she receives energy from others is by draining their emotions of love, thus giving her energy and keeping her young and beautiful. She doesn't harm those she drains, she simply uses their feelings and materializes them into energy for herself, so the person feels nothing more than lightheaded, and maybe even a bit frightened.

Weapons: She can grow out her nails into sort of blades for a short amount of time.
Character Backstory: Scarlet grew up in Duval, where she lived with her parents and younger sister like normal humans would. All through school, the humans around her fussed and gave her the attention and emotions she needed, no one payed attention at all to the fact she rarely ever changed. Her little sister looked up to her, wanting to be just like her big sister and Scarlet loved to be her role model, teaching her the ropes of being a good Succubus. One seemingly normal day, when Scarlet was taking someone's emotions, a teacher walking in and saw the process, screaming for help when she knew a Succubus was in their school. Scarlet fled, afraid the humans would follow suit, her family having to relocate to a different section of Duval where they could start anew with those around them. When she heard of the Tournament, her little sister thought it would be really cool and wanted to join it herself in order to buy themselves a better house in seclusion, where they could live away from humans but still have access to their source of energy, but Scarlet denied her this and promised her that she would win it for her, leading to her enrole in the academy.
Moveset: Move 1) Bat Shield-Scarlet can manipulate bat's into a barrier of defense for a short amount of time. Move 2) Bat Hammer-Scarlet forms one of her Bat's into a large, nail covered hammer that she swings at the enemy. Move 3) Attraction-Scarlet charms her foe into a short state of entrancement (lasts for only one turn if it is effective). Move 4) Slicer- Scarlet will slash at the foe with her dagger-like nails. Move 5) Super move-In air okay-Scarlet will fly into the air and use her bats to send anvils raining down. Move 6) Near death move-Bat Ripper-Scarlet uses her bats to create a black, bat gauntlet on her arm, which five claws extend from. Move 7) Finishing Move-Heartthrob-Scarlet creates a long, razor sharp Bat Rapier, which she pierces directly through the foes heart.

Main Story

A world exists in another universe where people fight with strange powers alongside machine guns and tanks. Multiple intelligent races that can think just as well as humans exist, each with their own societies and beliefs. This world is called Kopa, where everything is together as one. The world has seen many wars, and humanity has just weeks ago put a stop to a massive conflict that could have killed billions. They way they did so was simple-organize a fighting tournament that would not only be used to settle problems but used for sport to bring other races together. Having some way or another become interested in this tournament-whether it be for the fame, money or something else-you head out to a school made specifically for fighting to master your skills and claim what you want. Just remember-the name "First Generation Of Peace" is deceiving...
Background

This universe, entirely different from what others know, is one built of many things. Nebulas and stars burn brightly in the darkness of space, and planets of all forms and sizes exist here, but one in particular is home to a large variety of terrains and races. This vast planet is called Kopa, and is nearly three times larger than planet Earth, with terrains varying from magically huge forests to cities filled with thieves and crooks. This planet has three 'cycles' each lasting a blue moon, which happens every 5 months (each having exactly 30 earth days). There are exactly 15 months in each year, making the Cycle's precise. These cycles are the equivalent of Summer, Winter, and Fall and are accordingly called The Red Cycle, The Blue Cycle and The Orange Cycle.
Many races thrive on this planet, yet surviving attacks and disputes here is not easy. These races rival each other constantly, which in some cases has lead to all out war. Most races are neutral unless a cause of war arises that causes bad blood between them, such as with Angels and Demons. Some races may even dispute and return to their normal state of neutrality after time, yet disputes are very frequent, and are caused over things such as trade or territory. Heated relationships between certain races are; Humans and Vampires and/or Succubi, Vampires and Succubi themselves, Demons and Angels, Dragonais and Gijinka.
The academy is a large campus, with Dorms, a dining hall, classrooms and multiple Gymnasium's/training arenas. (Most of the campus' features will be left to imagination, so get creative with your surroundings, but don't go too crazy. This does not include classes or Training arenas.) The School itself is in it's own location, high in the air above the city of Duval. Magic is used to get here, taking those who desire to go to the school to get there with ease. The Academy is protected from any attacks, a barrier of magic surrounds this place, preventing any harm to its students from third party attacks.

Human-A basic being with no specific powers. Only key advantage that Humans have is the technology that they posses, which is of much better quality than the other races.
Vampire/Succubus- Most Vampires and Succubi have the same powers-able to teleport, age slowly affects them, they can drain life from other beings and in some cases have to survive off that ability, and they can transform bats into various objects and items. The only real difference is that nearly every Succubi is female, or a male which is called an Incubus, and is seductive in some way. Both races have a rivalry with each other-although they did ally during the First Great War, they have gone back to being rivals- and both seem to have a goal they're trying to achieve...what that is, nobody quite knows-not even some of them.
Automaton- Mostly built by humanity, Automaton's come in various forms and sizes-some look just like part of other races while others walk around twenty feet tall with giant swords. Automaton's are programmed to do things, and will not go out of their programming-whether this means not having emotions or not killing is up to the programmer.
Angels- A race created in an attempt to give humans wings long ago, most angels have some form of wings. All Angels are ruled by a single man who calls himself Kronos, who on occasion removes the wings of Angels for misdeeds or crimes. This often happens to high-ranking soldiers who fail tasks for Kronos, as he does not like people who fail him-however, he sometimes offers them back in exchange for a challenging task.
Demons- Although the records of how they got there were destroyed long ago, Demons live on the outskirts of Kopa in cities filled with crime and destruction. Demons come in various colors, and have various different body parts which range from wings, tails, horns, claws, and spikes. Demons are very aggressive toward Angels since Angels once took over the floating city that they had built in the Second Great War.
Dragonais- Humans from ancient times sacrificed at least a thousand men to gain the powers of Dragons from the great dragon ruler Dracul. The powers granted to them gave them wings and the ability to withstand normal fire and use it for themselves via their breath. Their bodies are completely covered in scales, and their lizard-like eyes strike fear into nearly all who meet them. Most live in caves in packs that kill anything that tries to take the large quantities of gold they have amassed.
Gijinkas- A variation of the human race that has humans bonded with animals. They live all over every continent, and some have even managed to slip into society to live among humans and the other races. Each one is bonded with a certain animal, so they might posses traits of the animals they are bonded with or even body parts.
Elemetals- Usually just called Metamen, the race of Elemetals are odd beings with an unknown history that have bodies that are simply skeletons made of a certain kind of metal. Each one has a different metal, and most of them can create a different type of elemental power, varying from earth, electric, water, fire, and others.
Elves- Beings with glowing yellow eyes and skin like tree bark that live within forests. While not being technologically advanced, most have extreme proficiency with magic and olden weapons.

Major Cities
Duval- Duval is the largest city on the planet, completely made by humans in the center of Kopa.
Valhalla- Valhalla is the large city that floats on ancient technology built by Demons long ago. It is considered the home of the Angels, as they conquered it during the Second Great War.
Vespala- Vespala is the main city of the elves, where nearly every building is made from large trees that were grown from magic.
Utopia- Utopia is the ironically named major city of the Demons, which is constantly covered in crime and gang wars.
The Verideth National Fighting School- The two-story fighting school that you are currently attending. Consists of many areas, which include a gym, pool, dormitories, classrooms, and a giant arena that can interchange it's parts to form different environments.
Minor Cities
Human
Aquaria- An underwater city in a giant bubble of steel that uses water power for electricity.
Stalis- The city of metal, where most Automaton's come from. Air pollution is high due to factory smoke.
Vampire/Succubus
Tirkal-The only surviving city that both Vampires and Succubi are forced to live after their main ones were destroyed during the first great war.
Demons
Sedal- A Demon city with less crime than Utopia, but the reason why is because is it extremely small.
Raze- Once known by another name, Raze was a large city rivaling the size of Utopia that was conquered by various gangs.
Elemetals
Raz'ken – A city that only has Elemetals-any other races spotted near the city are rushed head-on by soldiers.
Automatons
New Wave City- With new technology everywhere, this Automaton city is surrounded by large walls that can't be penetrated, even by high-level acid. The only way for races other than Automaton to get in is with using a golden pass at the only, heavily-guarded entrance-what that is and where to get it is a secret only few know.

-Two great wars have happened; one involved the Elves and Humans in alliance against the Vampires and Succubi, while the second one involved the Demons fighting for Valhalla against the Angels. The First Great War was caused by the Vampires and Succubi, who needed more sources of energy, and-not wanting to take it from their own kind-declared war on anyone they could. The Humans and Elves decided to band together in order to prevent the Vampires and Succubi from attacking. The Second Great war was fought by the Angels and Demons, two rivaling races fighting for the floating city of Valhalla. After a year and a half of destruction, the Angels prevailed in capturing the floating haven of Valhalla, sending the Demons to their places in Raze and Utopia.
-Humanity somehow managed to make all of the rivaling races agree to a peace treaty after the Second Great War caused so much destruction, making them agree to remain peaceful and prevent another Great War from arising once again.
-Rumor has it that Kronos is having some sort of trouble with his family of three daughters, and more rumors exist still that he plans on killing them. It wouldn't be surprising, as Kronos killed his only two sons out of paranoia.
-Recently in Duval, a man claiming to be some sort of god in human form has gained a lot of following for being able to do miracles. He also claims that humanity deserves to be burned to extinction, and anyone who doesn't go with him will be destroyed.

1. Just because you are a certain race doesn't mean you can't get a certain power. Go into detail with your backstory and explain how you got your powers, whether it be training, ancient relics, mutation, etc. Be sure not to go too far, as anything OP will not be accepted, and try not to make everything entirely far fetched, such as a Human that can magically transform into a deadly Ferret robot.
2. Try to be unique with your backstory-every story is supposed to be unique, so try not to go with the "parents died" backstory, or something that is overkilled so very much. If you just have to go with that backstory, then at least make it unique, put your own twist on it.
3. Guns in this world do damage and do not kill unless specified. Guns that do kill have normal bullets while guns that just do damage have damage bullets. YOU CANNOT START WITH A GUN THAT SHOOTS NORMAL BULLETS.
4. Swords, bows, and other weapons only do damage. You can only penetrate flesh with finishing moves and near-death moves.
5. Basic PokeCommunity rules apply.
6. Romantic content can go as far as kissing, and no more.
7. Up to twenty normal moves are allowed for a moveset, three super moves, one near-death move for when you want to injure someone bad but not kill them and one finishing move. Moves that work in the air must have "In air OK" next to them, and you can have up to five of those moves. You may also have five moves that come from others moves-for example, doing one move and then having your character lead it up with another move. If you have a form change for a super move, you can have five moves exclusive to that form change.
-Moves should simply be attacks that do something specific, like firing a flaming arrow at someone or shooting a line of electricity. Normal attacks that are not moves are just punches and kicks/normally using your weapons.
8. Near-death moves obviously leave other characters at near-death and significantly injure them, while finishing moves are meant to kill a character completely. You can only use a finishing move or a near-death move when you are completely winning the fight and the other is significantly injured.
9. The amount of moves you have does not make you any stronger!!!
10. I am open to suggestions when it comes to adding races and areas. Just try and make the suggestions before the RP starts and only tell the suggestions via personal message. Suggestions will be reviewed and decisions will then be made accordingly. It is not guaranteed that your suggestion will be added.
11. Don't godmod (winning every battle, never getting hit, ect.), don't powerplay (One attack practically killing someone), don't metagame (have you character be aware of things that were thought by others, happened far away, etc.), and don't just kill other people's characters without asking if you can kill them first.
12. There will be ten spots allowed for the first season and, as following, more will be allowed to enter each season. If one person drops out, then another may take their spot accordingly, or if one player's character dies, they can make a new one.
13. Once the roleplay has started, anything not in roleplay should be in double parentheses, for example; ((Hey guys, can we add a new race?)) Any character thoughts should be in italics, and it should be stated that they are thinking.
13. Super moves cannot be used all the time, you get one to use from the start and another for every three turns you have.
14. Battles have turns-each turn, you get to make an attempt to attack, dodge, or block. Each post is considered a turn, so use your turn wisely.
15. Your character can come from a city that doesn't belong to it's race-just because it belongs to a race doesn't mean only that race occupies it.

17. If you are new to roleplaying, you most likely don't want to be here-this is for more experienced roleplayers. It is a mature role playing environment, if you cannot handle it, it is advised not to join. Before you off and give an excuse such as; "Well this is this person's first roleplay on this site, YOU'RE not experienced!" I have been roleplaying for almost five years now, we are all new at one point and maturity is not based off of how new or old someone is. As such, I have made many RP's, some of which have even made one of the highest posted-in topics.
18. Please do not randomly spawn things into the RP. You can't just say your character found an SMG with 50000 rounds or an exit to a labyrinth. It's my job to make the story, so let me do it, please.

Headmaster- The headmaster hasn't been seen in days...no one knows why, and nobody asks, for no answers are found when questions are posed to the teachers and staff.
Weapon Skills and Training Teacher- Mrs. Merida Slitcher - A Skinny, tall lady at the age of 29, with short black hair and piercing yellow eyes, often found wearing simple Tanktops and Cargo Shorts. She is a very skilled human who is very strict with weapons and the use of them. Her strict and straightforward teaching gives her the nickname Strict Slicer, a pun with her last name that irritates her greatly.
Defensive Training Teacher- Mr.Yorick Penski - A fairly robust, average sized Elf at the age of 29, he has oddly bright orange colored hair and a crooked smile, often found wearing T-Shirts and Shorts. He specializes in defensive training, and is very kind and slow with his procedures of defense.
Offensive Training Teacher- Mrs. Genevieve Shenings - An average sized Vampire at the age of 27, she has shoulder length burgundy hair and matching eyes, often found wearing a lace spaghetti-strap shirt and short shorts. She is kind and cruel at the same time, her seductive kindness clashing with the attitude of cruelty and violence she uses during teaching.
Physical Fitness Teacher- Mr. Brent Coates - A short, stout human man of 34, with a buzz cut and grey eyes that make him look like a dead fish, often found wearing a Camo bootcamp looking outfit. His teaching methods are that of a sergeant, barking out orders and expecting them to be done properly and appropriately.
Survival Trainer- Mr. Carrigan Wispland - A tall man of 28, he has shaggy brown hair and deep blue eyes, usually wearing a T-Shirt and Jeans. Being a Water Elemental, he a great respect for nature and is a very kind and calm man that would rather teach how to live than how to kill.

Personality: Usually tries to stay away from others, and he only trusts the demon soul that goes around with him. Tries not to kill during fights, although he doesn't like to show it and will act very aggressive and cocky. When encountering others, he simply walks away or doesn't say anything at all unless there is something that interests him about them-if there is something about them that does interest him, he'll do his best to find out everything he can about the person for his own benefit.
Appearance: Wears a tight black jacket and a simple gray t-shirt. Blue jeans adone his lower half, as he thinks they somehow help bring out his black hair and dark orange eyes. From all of the hunting he did when he was growing up, his body is quite fit.
Weapons: The floating orb of light blue fire that is the soul of the Demon King, Lucian.
Character Backstory: Shawn was quiet and weak as a child-or so he seemed. While his parents bickered and fought, he would run out to a field and hunt small animals with only a combat knife. All was well, and he was happy with killing animals for his amusement-but one day at age ten while chasing after a brown rabbit, he found he had wandered a bit too far out of the farmland and into the warzone under Valhalla. Watching from behind a decayed tree, he was amazed at the fight between Angels and Demons during one of the first battles of the Second Great War. It was during this fight that he saw a Demon King gathering his army after a massive bombing and managing to get them together for a rush behind enemy lines to successfully kill the enemy leader. It was this fight that he was inspired by to become stronger than he already was-strong enough to fight and take down entire armies by himself. Growing up to the age of fourteen, he ran away from his family on a late night and bumped right into the soul of the demon who had inspired him- Demon King Lucian. Lucian explained that he had died a few days after the battle because he had been poisoned by an attacker's knife- the poison had no cure that researchers could find, so he forced his soul into the flaming orb in front of Shawn at the very moment. Lucian then was forced out, as a king of a small city wasn't very useful as just a floating soul. He decided to wander back to the spot he was stabbed, and he found Shawn one day and decided he might as well start his new life with someone else as they started theirs-so he waited until this day to appear to him. Shawn took Lucian with him and headed out to a village far away, where he made a living selling fruit and occasionally stealing from the rich until he got word of the academy and decided to join.
Moveset: Move 1) Ram Charge-Runs forward with Lucian in front of him in an attempt to knock the foe down. Move 2) Charge Stomp-Ram Charge followup- Shawn flips his leg forward and slams it hard into the chest of his foe, who should be on the ground from his Ram Charge. Move 3) Fire Volley-Shawn orders Lucian to fire five fireballs into the air that come down across an area near the target. Move 4) Fire Stream- Lucian fires a stream of fire right at the opponent, which goes up and down to prevent them from moving forward. Move 5) Soul Burst -Lucian lets out an explosion of fire that knocks both Shawn and his foe backward. Move 6) Shot Flare- Lucian fires an orb of fire straightforward. Move 7) Charge Flare- Fires up to five fireballs straight forward, the amount depending on how long it was charged. Move 8) Cross Fire- Sends a vertically standing X shaped form of fire at the foe. Move 9) Cross Flare-Cross Fire Followup-Changes the move before it hits so it comes up under the opponent's feet. Move 10) Cross Switch-Followup from Cross Fire- Changes the attack before it hits so it now comes from behind the opponent. Move 11)Overflare-Super Move-Fires a volley of about thirty fireballs that home in at the foe. Move 12)Soul Bond-Super Move-Bonds the soul of Lucian with Shawn, making so all the attacks quickly come from Shawn and have a stronger effect. Move 14)Chaotic Flame-Super Move-Creates a flame that rotates around the enemy that wraps around them whenever they try to jump. Move 15)Rapid Jab-Near-Death Move-Lucian's soul moves at an amazing speed and hits the foe over and over with whips of flame until they have possible scars and severe burns. Move 16) Ashes-Finishing Move-Lucian possesses the foe and starts to heat up their body at an excruciatingly slow pace until he lights them on fire and turns their body to ashes.

Personality: Carrik is a generally quiet, antisocial guy, straying away from interaction as much as possible, even amounting to running away from people at times. He would much rather be reading or doing something on his own, containing himself personally and physically, and he doesn't speak much. He tries to stray away from fighting when it isn't to his benefit, and he wants to join the academy only for the possibility of becoming rich in the Tournament, wanting to prove to his father he is more than a nobody. He is nice if you can somehow achieve his gratitude, but even if you are acquainted with him in close terms, he still doesn't interact much out of shyness or give anything about himself away. Is a very sensitive and emotional boy, can be caught crying or daydreaming often.

Weapons: A small pocket watch that, when electricity is applied, will change the hands into small, sharp blades that can be removed and used to his advantage. He can also use the unusually long chain of the pocket watch as a sort of lasso, which can current his electricity into a damaging attack.
Character Backstory: Carrik was born and raised into a wealthy family, who made certain technologies and sold them to the other Elemetals who lived in Raz'ken. He was a neglected child, left to the tending's of his maids and servants, kept in his large bedroom and not being able to leave under his father's orders, whom thought him of nothing more than obstruction of business and a waste of time. Carrik's mother was simply an endorsement to the company, being rejected all contact with the boy since he could live independently, making his memory of her slim, and he wishes very much to see her again. His only friend and playmate was a young girl named Mira, who was a water elemetal and worked as a servant for the boy, and together they grew up, both living sheltered lives, being best of friends and showing past Carrik's shyness. When Carrik was 12, he wanted Mira to join him in escaping and going somewhere better, wanting to prove he wasn't a waste of space and that he was worth something, but she rejected, unable to go through with it. A year later, and with a heavy heart, Carrik took his self-invented pocket watch to fend for himself with, and managed to finally escape his prison.
Moveset: Move 1) Shock Guard-Carrick can create a field of live electricity around him for a short amount of time, acting as a shield. Move 2) Shock guard followup- Discharge-Carrick can use the field of electricity and create a discharge that will damage any enemies within range. Move 3) Static Stitches-Carrick uses his two pocket watch daggers to pin the enemy's feet to the ground and send courses of Electrical pulses through them. Move 4) Super move-In air ok-Carrick will send large bolts of electricity down on an enemy, doing significant damage to anything it hits. Move 5) Near Death move-Spinal Assault-Carrick will send currents of energy through an enemy's spinal cord, via his pocket watch chain attached to the back of their neck, causing severe pain and temporary paralysis (a few days) from the waist down. Move 6) Finishing move-Intellectual Meltdown-Carrik sends large amounts of electricity into the enemy's cranium, eventually leading to the brain shutting down entirely.

Personality: Scarlet is a very social girl, always wanting to be the center of attention and loves being fussed over. Her enchanting appearance usually grants her this pleasure, and she loves to tease the boys that she attracts, finding it simply hilarious to play hard to get with them. When she does attract suitors, she simply plays with them and them throws them away, unless you catch her eye in some way. She has a weakness to expensive things, and is a bit on the greedy side. She is very noisy, hard to keep quiet and isn't afraid to voice herself and her opinions openly, even if she does accidentally hurt someone's feelings. Befriending her is hard, for both genders, as she either envies other girls or toys with boys. She's very loving of small children, as she finds them to be 'uber cute', and is pretty defensive of them and anyone who looks like a child, even. The way she receives energy from others is by draining their emotions of love, thus giving her energy and keeping her young and beautiful. She doesn't harm those she drains, she simply uses their feelings and materializes them into energy for herself, so the person feels nothing more than lightheaded, and maybe even a bit frightened.

Character Backstory: Scarlet grew up in Duval, where she lived with her parents and younger sister like normal humans would. All through school, the humans around her fussed and gave her the attention and emotions she needed, no one payed attention at all to the fact she rarely ever changed. Her little sister looked up to her, wanting to be just like her big sister and Scarlet loved to be her role model, teaching her the ropes of being a good Succubus. One seemingly normal day, when Scarlet was taking someone's emotions, a teacher walking in and saw the process, screaming for help when she knew a Succubus was in their school. Scarlet fled, afraid the humans would follow suit, her family having to relocate to a different section of Duval where they could start anew with those around them. When she heard of the Tournament, her little sister thought it would be really cool and wanted to join it herself in order to buy themselves a better house in seclusion, where they could live away from humans but still have access to their source of energy, but Scarlet denied her this and promised her that she would win it for her, leading to her enrole in the academy.
Moveset: Move 1) Bat Shield-Scarlet can manipulate bat's into a barrier of defense for a short amount of time. Move 2) Bat Hammer-Scarlet forms one of her Bat's into a large, nail covered hammer that she swings at the enemy. Move 3) Attraction-Scarlet charms her foe into a short state of entrancement (lasts for only one turn if it is effective). Move 4) Slicer- Scarlet will slash at the foe with her dagger-like nails. Move 5) Super move-In air okay-Scarlet will fly into the air and use her bats to send anvils raining down. Move 6) Near death move-Bat Ripper-Scarlet uses her bats to create a black, bat gauntlet on her arm, which five claws extend from. Move 7) Finishing Move-Heartthrob-Scarlet creates a long, razor sharp Bat Rapier, which she pierces directly through the foes heart.
