I like Kyurem and competitive RNG abused Pokemon in OU/UU maybe NU tier.
 
Unfortunately, I don't want to part with my Kyurem and I don't have any RNG abused Pokémon...

Should I try posting a request for similar Pokémon (near-flawless IVs Adamant Drilbur and Timid Thundurus) in the quick trade topic?

Sorry for the noob-ish question; I am new to these forums and how trading works with others online- having just gained access to Wi-fi trading with B/W's WPA security compatibility.

After searching in my PC and calculating IVs I found that I have the following:

NOTE: I did not breed (or RNG) thees for good IVs, they are just what I have and may be useful for breeding others (passing on good IVs)

Quiet Tentacruel (♂) w/ Clear Body, IV's: 23/2/31/27/4/5

Bold Starmie w/ Natural Cure, IV: 26/0/7/21/25/31

Rash Sharpedo (♀) w/Rough Skin, IV: 25/29/2/31/5/31

Impish Umbreon (♀) w/Synchronize, IV: 15/9/22/25/31/30

Docile Weavile (♂) w/Pressure, IV: 18/25/22/2/14/29

And that was all I that I could find that had semi-decent IVs that are usable competitively... But I doubt these are really going to be good enough (for the Drilbur and Thundurus that I'd like to get from you) because of not having been bred/RNG for perfect IVs.

EDIT: I can also give you my Kyurem now, my friend is willing to give me their own one.
