Renyui, sorry I haven't been here more often to rate but I will do your two newest additions...
The first one I think you have done better... The light rays are good, but they just look a bit sharp to be light and they look a bit odd. The background is good but could do with some more contrast or effects to make it more appealing without stealing the focus.
The second banner is much better. The simplicity is wonderful and I love the white outline you added around the render. The clipping masks and splatters are great and add some nice depth and look good on the banner. Everything suits the render and theme well and I commend you on that. The only thing I think you could change would be to blur the face a bit. I don't know what the original render looks like, but it just looks a bit too sharp.
